This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

We stayed in Jade #220 for a beautiful weekend. The balcony was great to enjoy the afternoon breeze while reading magazines and the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee. The second floor is perfect to keep an eye on my family at the beach. You have absolutely gorgeous sunrises to enjoy from the Master Suite, too. My family loved all the new touches in the condo like the stainless appliances in the kitchen and huge flat screen TV in the living room. We had tons of space for everyone to sleep without even using the sleeper sofa. The location was perfect for getting to restaurants for dinner and the harbor for drinks and dancing. Jessica was so helpful and nice at check-in. We loved booking with Newman-Dailey. They were efficient, thorough, and so sweet! We literally cannot wait to come back and stay. This condo is a family favorite!

This is a beautiful, spacious condominium with all the comforts of home and then some! The second floor location made getting to the beach super easy and there was plenty of room for all of us, 2 adults and 4 teenagers, to spread out and have our own space. The only problems that we had while there were that the electric can opener was difficult to operate and that the dryer took about 3 cycles to dry a regular load of beach towels, but we got the cans open and the towels dried, so all was well. Would definitely stay here again!

Annual reunion weekend for a group of guys from Loyola University in New Orleans. Had 3 total condos this year. (2 through Newman Dailey and 1 through Resort Quest). Had a great time. Only drawback was that the surf was so rough we couldn't go into water due to red flags but still had a good time in the end.
This was our 15th year doing this trip (The past 14 have been at Jade East since it opened). Guys are complaining about how expensive these condos are getting (Pretty much $2,000 for a 3-night stay). They have to justify to their wives/kids and girlfriends why they are taking such an expensive trip by themselves. Afraid it could cost us guys in the future. We used to get a 10% discount in the past but not the past two years. May have to rethink trip. -

When we arrived there was no electricity in the living room for lights, fan or tv. This was fixed within about 3-4 hours. The toilet in the master bath and middle bath each stopped up a couple of times and we had to mop the floor each time. Plunging each of these became necessary often.

We stayed in room 220 at the Jade East Towers.
I can't say enough nice things about this place. Wonderful views, well stocked kitchen, excellent washer, good dryer---just everything you could ask for.
If we were to go back to Destin I would def. stay in this location. The draw back was the traffic. HORRIBLE traffic to the point that we are looking in Okaloosa for next year.
If you stay in room 220--they even have a waffle iron! It was missing a baking sheet but I'm willing to bet someone must have accidentally taken it.
The guy with the chairs at the beach was a bit rude. The water was wonderful though. The pool was very nice and the maintenance people are always walking around keeping things up. Very helpful crew, except for the beach chair guy.

This property was beautifully decorated, well architected, and in a perfect location. We enjoyed the priceless view of the beach and the comfort of the condo. Also, the beach was well managed and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We hope to come back next year. This is our 8th summer and our first to stay at this property.

We had a wonderful staying in this beautiful home. We had a large group of family members staying, including a 2 yr old and there was adequate room for everyone.
We've stayed here a number of times in past year. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Destin!
