This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jade East #240. The place is very well laid out. It was our first time renting a condo for a family vacation. The beach service was nice and the pool was very nice. We were a little dissapointed with the cleanliness of our unit. When we first arrived we had to sweep and mop the floors both in and out. The dishes had been put away in the cupboard dirty so we had to deal with that. The ice maker never did work. The gas grills out beside the building were in sorry shape. Those are small things but at the rate charged you shouldn't have that. All in all it didn't slow us down much but I will discuss those possibilities before renting again.

Destin beach was a wonderful location for spring break. We shared this condo with another family and all 9 of us were very comfortable in this condo. We loved the decor, the 3 bathrooms, the high end kitchen appliances and the comfortable living area. We were able to check-in right away upon arrival with no hassles or waiting. We loved the gated enterance which helped us to feel very secure, both at the parking lot and at the beach entrance. The pool was beautiful and well maitained, each morning we would see the pool crew cleaning and preparing for the day. Also, the pool was heated which allowed for comfortable swimming during the day but especially at night when its still chilly out due to the spring evening temps. The ocean water is beautiful and crystal clear. We enjoyed having our beach chairs and umbrella that come with the condo as well. All in all a perfect trip, at a perfect location in an awesome condo.

I am a winter snowbird, love my unit, all the amenities of home and more, views of the pool and beach can't be beat, service is great and all personel go the extra mile to ensure you stay is perfect, golf perks are great for Newman Dailey renters...use of the clubhouse on the property is good for get togethers...this was my 7th year at Jade still loving it...

Jade East unit 240 is the best condo and location in Destin. Newman Dailey is the best rental company because the staff will make you feel like family. Debbie Scott at Newman Dailey will make sure that everthing is the best for you and your family along with her co-workers at the main office. Jade East is a gated facility and Newman Daily even has (Jessica) another employee that will take care of your problems and she is located on the Jade East property for easy communication during your stay. If you have a problem with your unit a maintenance technician will be there within 5 minutes, how is that for service. Our hats off to Debbie Scott at Newman Dailey for making us feel like a family member and making sure we had a great vacation!

Our stay was fabulous. The property, staff, location and condo all get an a+ from our entire family. We loved having the ocean right off our balcony and spent many nights there talking or in simple silence.
The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, the beds were all very comfortable and the decor throughout very tasteful.
Our only issue was the stand alone ice maker didn't work properly. The staff promptly looked at it and tried to fix it. The response from the staff was immediate when we needed light bulbs in for above the shower.
My sisters, niece and nephew came in from Tucson and along with my husband and I our expecations were high though prepared ourselves for the beaches to be closed. Thankfully, the beach was oil free! It was a wonderful vacation all the way around. We will definately be back! -

Condo 240 is very nicely appointed. The only issues I had were problems with the door entry. The staff were very kind and helpful in solving this problem. Only issues with the property were: the kitchen faucet leaks when you turn it on, and the first bowl sink in the master bath was slow - like it was almost stopped up.
We also ran out of toilet tissue before we left, and there was no spares in any of the bathrooms.
When you pay that much to stay, you don't expect to run out of something as inexpensive as toilet tissue. -

We, enjoyed our stay we were in unit no.240 The view was fantastic and the unit was very beatiful and well taken care of we will be back and hope to stay in same unit. We also was very well satisified with the amenities . I enjoyed the Golf and kids enjoyed the beach accommadation's we highly recomend thank the owner's for allowins us to be a part of thier experience of living there.

We went to Destin for Spring Break and spent a great deal of time on Google prior to booking our reservation. The photos were beauiful, but you never know how it looks until you arrive. I can honestly say that I have very high expectations and this unit exceeded my expectations by a mile. From the moment you enter the door, the condo is absolutely beautiful in its decor,choice of upgrades and amazing view of the ocean and pool. The staff was friendly and when it was time to leave, I had wished we could stay another week. If you like the photos, you will fall in love with this condo. I hope to return next year, I sure hope the weather is better as it was pretty cold, but outside of that...was a n awesome trip and I honestly belive I enjoyed it so much because the condo was such a pleasure to stay at. By far the nicest place I have stayed in my many excursions.
