Was pleased with the updates in the unit this year. Only thing that is lacking is a better supply of dishes and cups. Had to run the dishwasher more often than necessary because of the shortage. We booked the same unit for the winter of 2014 and hope to return.

We had great service from booking the rental, to checking in, and leaving. We love the home, had plenty of room, very clean, we would stay again. Loved the location, close to everything we planned to do.

The condo and grounds were great!! Everything was very clean and well kept. Our condo had a great view and I felt safe with my teenagers walking around because I could see them at the pool and beach easily.

The only thing I would change is the appliances. Coffee pot was rusted. Refrigerator took 2 days before it cooled and dryer did not work. Vents in the rooms were rusted.

The condo was a little bit dated and certainly could have used some repairs, especially in the Master Bathroom. The kitchen was extremely sparse with regards to pots, pans and utensils. It was a good thing that I had brought a couple of pots from home or I would not have been able to cook the items as planned. Also, there was definitely a lack of storage space in the Master Bedroom. We really enjoy the Jade East facility and stay there often on our annual vacation. However, I know that this would not be my first choice of condo's on subsequent visits.
