Our stay at Jade East again was ver pleasant. Our unit was recently refurbished and we had the privilege to initiate the unit. If available again next February, we would rent the same unit again.
P.S. The master bed cover did not appeal to us, but that is only our opinion. Wil & Gert Brosz -

The building is a little older, but well maintained. It's a better designed building and on a bigger lot than any of the newer buildings I saw. Great pool and seemed very secure.
I would visit this one again. -

The condo is beautiful and decorated exceptionally well. The location on the beach is awesome and works well for a family. Everyone was awesome and the attention to detail from Jessica and staff is to be commended. The only item I disliked was the sink and toilet overflow. However, everyone from housekeeping, janitor and Jessica made the situation better by taking care of it quickly. I would hope that any visitors to the Jade East would respect the property and take care of it while visiting there as if it was your own property. The issue we encountered was obviously due to a prior stay not caring for the property properly.

This condo was wonderful. Newman Daily not so much. Reported ceiling fan not working on first day and not repaired all week. Went to Walmart and bought box fan. If I was the owners I would be upset. Has great views and wonderfully decorated. Felt right at home.

Overall we were impressed with the checkin process,condo and furniture. My only problem was that maintenance requests were either not acted upon or were acted upon in a delayed manner with little or no feedback. Condo was not too clean when we checked in. The master suite was great and enjoyed the balcony quite a bit.
Another problem was with the elevators--they kept getting stuck on certain floors. -

Myself, husband, daughter, son-in-law and two young granddaughters stayed in Unit 1030 at Jade East. The unit is beautiful, but unfortunately not kid friendly. With the mirrored walls, glass table tops, we were constantly watching the grandkids telling they over and over, "Don't touch that!" When we discovered that the dryer did not work, we asked to be moved to a more family oriented unit. We were moved up a level to unit 1130 which we thorough enjoyed. Both units were clean and the view from the balcony was great. We would recommend either of the units, but with children, unit 1130 suited us better. Had great fun. We are already considering returning next year. (Note: After reporting the dryer not working, it was fixed the next day by the maintainance man.)

we really enjoyed the 1030 unit, I was swept away with the beauty of the unit and the outside scenery. The pool was heated each day and ready for use, the locals was very nice and happy to see you, we will be back again in a few months. we love Jessica!!

This condo was even more grand in person than the pictures appeared online. Overall, the decor was warm and amazing however the master bath was a little dated only in comparison to the rest of the condo. Overall, this condo is highly recommended and I am sure that it will not disappoint.

The room was great. Nice, well kept. Needed a little dusting, but was clean. The complex however.... the pool was so cold that NO ONE was in it. Literally, you could have froze in there. We tried to get them to turn the heater on, but to no avail. Also, they are doing consturction so we had hours of jackhammering during nap time for the kids. That was for 3 days... not pleasant. The jackhammering at lunch made us leave early to go home. A cranky kid = cranky parents.

Condo 1030 was just like pictures show and more.Elaborate decor w/view of gulf from
balcony worth the entire trip.Gated entry
of parking lot and beach made us feel very safe, especially with the grandchildren.
Great place for families and adults seeking a get away from stress. Trip was given me by my husband as a mothers day wish to have my girls and grandchildren with me on the beach.Will return again and ask for this room if available. Check in was very confusing however and needs to be improved.

We stayed here last year 10 days and again this year 12 days and plan on staying here again next year again. The cond was great in it's decor and the staff at Jade East was second to none. The beach accomodations (umbrella & chairs) were GREAT as well as the beach service staff. I have stayed at Jade East several years ago and at other Condos in Destin in the past. This room as well as the staff at Jade East will bring me back again next year hopefully in the Spring as well as again in the Fall.
