This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

Great beach front property. Very convenient location and well maintained property. We just wish the Wi-Fi is more reliable and faster. We were only able to connect 1 time at 2 a.m.

The unit is great - spacious, clean, and great views from the porch. The kitchen was fully stocked (except for paper towels and napkins), but I wish there had been a few more soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms.
The check-in process was a hassle, because the rental company said to pick up the key at a certain location, etc. We arrived after hours and there was no key to be found. Two hours later, we got a call saying there wasn't a key to the unit, just a code for the gate and the unit itself. This was not included in pre-trip info and was annoying to say the least. The company did compensate us for the hassle, which was about all they could do, and was appreciated by our group. -

The condo was beautiful and clean. The view was great. However, the noise coming from the teenagers at night on the beach was horrible. We had to call the sheriff's department after 3 nights of booming music, fighting and cursing from about 70 teenagers that had grouped themselves in front of our condos. There was no one on the premises to take care of the matter. Several teenagers were handcuffed on the beach. Not a great way to spend your vacation. It would have been perfect besides dealing with that every night.

Landry was very helpful. I left a Kindle book in the condo and Landry made the extra effort to work with the staff to find it and then send it back t me. I really appreciate all of her efforts.. Based on this I would come back.

The condo was comfortable with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The kitchen was well equipped. Beach service was exceptional, and we were able to totally relax. Having more than one person to check us in would have helped speed of check in. The owners obviously have worked hard to make this a special place.

The staff was very friendly. We loved that the rental came with two beach chairs and an umbrella for the entire time we stayed there (one week). The view from our balcony was incredible. We would highly recommend Jade East to anyone vacationing in Destin. We thought the overall price for the rental was a bit pricey, however, we have nothing to compare that too, since this is the first time we stayed in Destin at a condo; we usually stay at the Holiday Inn right next door to Jade East. We would love to go back next year!

This was our first experience with the smaller 2-bedroom "30". I really
like these units. Especially like that there's a separate laundry room
off the kitchen. This particular unit is very nicely equipped. We've
never been disappointed with any of the units in Jade East. This is
mostly due to Newman-Dailey's great management. -

We had never stayed in Destin before, but now we will be there a lot. We thought Cancun was wonderful, but with Destin, you don't have to fly out of the country! The Jade East Tower was great and the view was out of this world. The beach and water were excellent. We loved all the places to eat that had outside dining. Oh, and don't forget all the fabulous shopping places. We will be back for sure!
