This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

1550 is a nice unit, however it needs some major upgrades. The love seat has holes in the cushions and is just worn out along with the sofa. The bathroom vanities have the white coating coming off the doors. The master shower had mold inbedded into the grout.
The good points for this unit are , there is an ice machine built in, a very useful appliance, there are 6 new dinning room chairs, and all of the mattresses appear to be new and very comfortable. We've elected to rent another unit next year from Newman-Dailey.
We can't say enough about Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. They're very accommodating and gracious. We would highly recommend them as a reality co. -

Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable, the Condo had everything that we needed to have enjoy ourselves. It was very clean and well kept, we will have to stay there again in the future.

This was an awesome unit. It was spacious and comfortable. The service at the Jade East is top notch! Check in was seamless and the guys who set up the umbrellas on the beach were friendly and accommodating. It was great to have a gym to get my workout in even while on vacation. I've stayed at other condos and the Jade East has been the best experience I've had by far. It's central location in Destin makes it the perfect place to stay to get to all the fun. I look forward to staying there again next year.

Enjoyed our stay!!! Great family vacation with plenty of room for 6 adults, 2 children and 1 toddler! Loved this unit...has everything you need and more.
Did find several large pins in the floor from trying to keep bed skirts in place. These were found all over the bedroom floors and was a safety hazard for our 15 month old!!! -

We had a wonderful time with family and friends during our vacation. My granddaughter (10 yrs.) invited two of her friends so their parents brought them so we had three different condos rented at Jade East. We met the owner of the penthouse and was able to take a tour. It was unavailable the week that we were there. I would like to go back and stay in it someday. Jade East is a very nice place to stay and the water park is across the street. Everyone had a wonderful trip.

Everything was convenient. Great Beach Service. Office Staff Great. The Condo was awesome. My adult Childen were blown away by the space. Teenage grandson loved it. Plenty of space for the younger grandchildren. I loved the space, Well appointed kitchen, including full sized icemaker. Location was great for handling all shopping needs from groceries to gas, and a variety of other needs- banks, postoffice, anything you needed- some within walking distance. What I liked best was the view of the ocean and the space and cleanliness of the condo. The thing I leked least was check out day-I would have liked to have extended my stay.

The service was great from the time we checked in until we checked out. Everyone of the employees were so nice and helpful.We really liked the home and loved the 15th floor. The nice patio furniture was just wonderful to sit and watch the dolphins. Most of our days were spent at the beach and we plan to come again soon.

The staff was awesome. The service was second to none. All of the necessary documents were waiting on me. Check in literally took 5 minutes.
The actual condo was a quality property. We loved the view. I can't wait to stay at the Jade East in Destin, FL again!!! -

We had not been to Destin in a number of years and we were pleasantly surprised with the value and amenities of the rental. We would reccomend this rental to anyone and plan on revisiting Destin in the near future! All in all, it was a secure, well managed property in a fantastic location.
