My husband and I enjoyed a 4 night stay in this lovely condo. Location was wonderful, walking distance to the Crab Shack. Easy to navigate from Condo to beach! Bed was comfortable, slept well and kitchen was equipped nicely. We had a problem with the washer and it flooded the hallway, hopefully that will be repaired before the next booking. One suggestion would be more comfortable balconey chairs or loungers. Enjoyed!

It was again a great and lovely place to stay. We really like this unit and it is exactly what we wanted. The condo is centrally located and close to restaurants and shopping. We love that the condo complex is small and there aren't hundreds of people around you, especially on the private beach. We were blessed with great weather and great beach conditions the entire week. We will be staying there again next year. We would appreciate new balcony furniture and the stove burners weren't level but those were two very minor things. But overall we loved it and look forward to next year.

Location was the main factor in choosing this unit. Right on the beach. Spent a lot of time trying new recipes in the well-equipped kitchen. Furnishing were very nice.
I would highly recommend this rental. -

This was our seventh year to stay at the cabana club and this was our third year to stay in room 306. We like room 306 because of the good walk in shower which is great for quickly cleaning up after being on the beach!!! It looked to us like the oven and ventahood were pretty new. The entire facility has been well kept and the air conditioner was great! I would like to see the furniture on the balcony replaced because it is rusting. And when it comes to sitting on the balcony, I like tall stools, but would prefer that they had backs on them for a more restful experience. But...after three years of staying in room 306, I am going to be looking for other accomodations next year because the bed is terrible. I don't expect to have a tempurpedic bed like I have at home, but this bed is shot! I have one week a year to get away and relax and we love the beach, restaurants & the cabanna club, but I need rest so I can get back to work refreshed and for me that means a comfortable bed. So...Thanks for asking, but I will have to look at other condos for next year. By the way, seems to me you could offer some discounts etc for customers who come back year after year.

We enjoyed every minute of the stay. The view was amazing. Having such easy access to the beach was great for my children and I. My husband and children really enjoyed seeing dolphins in the morning in the ocean, while I was cooking them breakfast in the full service condo. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My family and I stayed here over the 4th of July holiday. What a great experience! The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed. The colors were so bright and fresh, and the view was spectacular! We were just steps away from the beautiful water. How relaxing it was to hear the waves at night! Each morning we had breakfast on the balcony. Our daughter loved the "hidden bed" under the TV :) We loved the private beach and privacy! We are already planning a return trip to this condo and location!

the cabana club is a great rental unit. it is clean, right on the beach and other families are
very friendly. we have stayed here in the fall and
now in june - i prefer fall - cooler, less crowded but the cabana club provides the same service whenever you go. the only thing that would be nice would be a pool beachside and a restroom. if you have little kids - i feel that a pool is a must. been there - done that!! will come back again when we can get away. -

In my opinion, condo exactly as southern resorts states with gulf front. beautiful place/excellent location!!! Only issue I felt this place had was many housekeeping issues...upon arrival: not enough sheets for pullout sofa, sand throughout floors & sheets on master bed not changed!!! spoke with manager who was very friendly explaining southern resorts contracts out their housekeeping services..manager tried to compensate us by several free vouchers/late check out...however on 2 separate occasions housekeeping staff came by on day of departure demanding that we "get out" & stated "I don't care if you have a late check-out I need in now" After I personally took care of housekeeping issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Stayed here with 2 friends and everything was great. Most of the kitchen tools you need and very clean inside. More blankets would be great but the view on the balcony is awesome and we had a wonderfully relaxing time! No oil on the beach in Florida either! We will probably stay here again next year.

The condo was ok.. My beef is with Southern Resorts. When we got to the condo the air conditionher to our original unit was outside on the ground and the guys were working on it. Nobody called us to let us know this was going on, we were loaded down with groceries and our luggage and nowhere to go. After calling SR they finally put us in condo 306 which was on the 3rd floor. My orig condo was on the 1st floor, which was the whole point of picking this condo. We hated trudging up and down the stairs the whole time. Very disappointed with SR!! condo was nice.

We LOVED Cabana Club Unit 306!!! It was beautiful and
had the most amazing view of the beach. Whenever we
had to call customer service they were more than
happy to answer any questions we had. The home was
comfy and gorgeous, and had absolutely everything you
could need while you're there!! I loved the bright
colors!! Location was perfect, just wish there had
been a pool as well! Loved everything, there wasn't a
thing we didn't like....except for the 30mph winds on
the beach in the late afternoon :) but hey what can
ya do! Cabana Club 306 is amazing and we will
definitely stay there again!!! -

Condo was bright,clean, roomy open floor plan, overlooking the Gulf. All the comforts of home. Could not of had a better vacation.

Everything about this building and this unit is great! Beautiful, clean, comfortable,quiet and contemporary describes it. How wonderful to fall asleep on the balcony listening to the crashing waves. Fully appointed,
tastefully decorated and right on the beach. Who could ask for more? We'll be back.
Note:Please be sure that those who clean the unit change the table linen. The place mats were dirty,including caked on food.We were prepared for additional problems butthat was it.

I wound up in this unit quite unexpectedly as I was fleeing Hurricane Gustav. I had my two young children with me. Despite the stressful time, we were able to enjoy ourselves. The unit, while older, was very clean, well laid out and spacious. I would stay there again.
