Vacation with us at beachfront two bedroom Destin Tower’s #31 . This beautifully decorated accommodation has an eye level view of the palm trees with the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and beach beyond. Located on the end you will have extra windows for added views and sunlight. Enjoy relaxing by the beachfront pool and hot tub. Take in a game of tennis at the court onsite. The Destin Tower’s complex only has three units per floor for a more intimate beach experience. Located in Downtown Destin you will be close by to shopping, dining and the Big Kahuna's Water Park.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was decorated nicely and was clean. One issue we did have is that the ice maker did not work all week and we had to go out to buy ice daily. I did call the office but no one was sent till our last day. Overall though we had a wonderful time and will return.

Access was relatively easy, phone calls to check on us were appreciated and courteous. Small distractions included very squeaky master bed and the lights didn't work in the second bedroom. The view is great, the jacuzzi by the pool was great, covered garage and proximity was helpful.

Beautifully furnished condo. Rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. Master closet is huge! Covered parking for this unit was a plus! Large patio with plenty of furniture. Bathrooms are small but managable- both have tub/shower combo, however the master has separate sink/dressing area which is nice. Location is convenient to all shopping (Destin Commons, outlet mall, Walmart, convenience stores) as well as to all the activities in the Harbor. This was our first time at Destin Towers- we have stayed next door at Jade East 2 previous years because our group was larger and we booked earlier. Love them both, but DT is much smaller so the beach area seemed a little less crowded than JE- also a plus. Would stay at DT again and definitely at this unit!

We had a great time staying in Destin at this condo. The weather was unexpectedly foggy, but no one can control the weather. The rooms were nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. I did have to change several lightbulbs and only one jet worked in the hot tub. These were minor inconveniences during our stay. We plan on returning at some point.

The unit had been repainted recently, but the overall appearance was dark. The lights on the fan in the master bedroom did not work and the plug in the master bathroom did not work. I was glad that only two of us stayed there.

We had a great vacation. The decor of the condo was fun and tasteful. Everything was clean, neat, and well taken care of. It was the perfect place for my husband and I with our two kids. Aside from the wind advisories, we had an amazing time and enjoyed the beach and pool!

Nice set up with dishes, utensils, initial amenity supplies (dishwashing liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, etc) and washer & dryer. Everything worked well. Secure outer & room access. Nice pool. The location is PERFECT as it's right on the white sandy beach with clear ocean water!! The beach wasn't as crowded as nearby beaches because there were less umbrellas and beachgoers--very nice. Very convenient to go back and forth from the beach to the condo. Excellent view of the ocean from the condo. Bathtub & faucets in master bath were old.

The home decor was beautiful and the beds were very comfy. However, the couch/sleeper sofa and the patio chairs were uncomfortable. The home was stocked with everything needed to enjoy our stay, plenty of towels and wash rags, washer/dryer, dish washer, dishes & utensils and a vacuum cleaner. They even supplied us with some dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels.
The location was absolutely PERFECT. It is right across the street from a water park and next to a WinnDixie, Wine & Spirits, Alvin's Island and a gas station.
The building is relatively small compared to other towers on the beach which was absolutely wonderful. We had the least crowded beach area, the pool and hot tub was never crowded and neither was the community BBQ grills.
As far as the management of the property, improvement is needed. Guests were allowed put towels on the loungers next to the pool all day without using them. One of the 3 grills outside was broken. The beach umbrella guy tied the privacy gate from the condo to the beach open all day which defeated the purpose of having a gated property. And when exiting the property, the front gate rarely opened by itself without getting out of your car to punch in the security code.
The room also needed minor repairs and a good cleaning. There were dust bunnys under the chairs, couch, beds and the living room armoire. The outlets were loose and didn't hold plug-ins. And the fuse to both bathrooms blew the day before we left.
All in all, it is a very nice place and we all enjoyed our stay. We would return to this home again because it is a small uncrowded property, it is in a great location, the room is very pretty and the beds are very comfy. I just wouldn't recommend letting ANYONE sleep on the couch/sleeper sofa. -

Our condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything that we needed to have the most perfect stay. The Beach is awesome, sugary white sand, beautiful clear water and very friendly Beach service.
The only thing that we regret is that we did not know that our condo did not have a heated pool and it was quite chilly the week we were there and our daughter was constantly begging us to take her next store to the condo with the heated pool. Other than that everything else was great! -

Destin Towers Unit 31 is a fantastic rental. The decor is cheerful and tasteful. The master bedroom is especially inviting. The 3F views were quite nice and we appreciated eye-level view of palm trees with the ocean beyond. If the Desting Towers had a heated pool such as the neighbors at Jade East we would have been even more impressed, but overall were supremely happy with our stay and would recommend the unit to anybody.

Although the building loocation and unit size were ideal, there were some pros and cons. Some deficiencies which Southern Resorts rectified included clogged tub drain, broken thermostat, burnt out spotlight bulbs, almost no saucepans in kitchen, and no clocks in living room or second bedroom. Deficiencies which we tolerated included uncomfortable, rusted balcony chairs, completely worn out cushions on the living room couch & chairs, very uncomfortable metal dining room chairs, too small & dim master bedroom lamps, master bedroom blinds that continually got snagged and fell off their clips, two kitchen drawers that were very hard to open & close, no juice glasses or small bowls in the kitchen. Also, we were told the master bath had a garden tub and double well sink vanity. It had neither. We would like to go to Destin in January 2010, but would not rent this unit again. We would probably move to Silver Beach and hope for better equipment/furniture/amenities in the unit.

The building was dirty and unkept, the patio furniture was rusty and dirty. My family and the couple that went with us would not rent this condo again.

We were extremely pleased with our decision to book this condo for our family vacation to Destin. It was very clean, comfortable, and close to everything Destin has to offer. It’s the perfect size for a family of four. And having the pool right on the beach was very convenient for cooling off after a morning on the hot beach. And an added plus was the fact that there are only three units per floor, so the beach was not as crowded as other condominiums’ beaches were. All in all, we had a very memorable experience and I would highly recommend this condo.
