Great view of Pool area and the Gulf.
We have stayed in many SBT Condos and this is by far the nicest 2BR we have stayed in.

This was our first stay in this condo. Everything was well appointed and clean and in excellent shape. The owner has excellent taste. We had a few minor issues like a light bulb out and a minor problem with the curtains. Compass came up and fixed it immediately. We had all the amenities that you would need. We will definitely stay here again.

We've been staying in Silver Beach Towers units for ten years. Either 2 or 3 bdrm units. W402 was certainly the cleanest unit we've ever had.
Our only complaint was the WiFi service. We checked in Dec 22nd and because of the Christmas/New Year's holiday, we didn't say much and tried to just put up with it, but it was really bad. The provider finally put a router directly into the unit, and that helped but didn't solve the problem. We had a major fight every time we tried to log on. So, we basically lost the first two weeks of service. -

The unit was great. We have rented several in this complex and this was probably the best. The furniture was clean and appeared almost new. The only possible shortcoming was the top rack of the dishwasher needed work. It was difficult to pull out and push back in and appeared that it would not hold its height on one side.

We truly enjoyed our week long stay in this condo. Silver Beach Towers is by far the best condo to stay at. I loved the easy beach access and beach service provided by the owners. The pools were great and plenty of room for my children to play and have a good time. The view from our balcony was excellent and I couldn't ask for more.

This unit is very nice with a great view and a wonderful floor to be on. Everything is close to this complex, it is very clean and the beach is cleaned daily. The parking was a problem in the garage. We could not get into the garage because our fob would not work. The garage was left open for several days because others had the same problem. We parked outside and it was fine. I will stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

Excellent security at complex, best I have seen at all we have stayed at. Condo was nice, could use a little fresh paint, new rug at front door. Unable to use fan in living room, squeaks too loudly. Compass Resort gave excellent service.

Had a few bug problems in the master bathroom..also a dishwasher that was broken and the master bedroom door wouldn't open..Management offered nothing ..Otherwise the kitchen is well stocked , beds are fairly comfy ..We will probably stay in another room next year !!

Had a wonderful time. Condo was great. Love the balcony. Only complaint is that the floors were dirty, should have been mopped prior to our stay. Very happy with Compass Resorts service.

we like Silver Beach Towers because of the location, the entrance at a stop light is a huge plus, the covered parking is nice, and the rooms are beautiful. we have only stayed in the 2 bedroom condos and like the fact that both have ocean views. witnessed some angry folks this time over limited seating at the pool.

I have stayed at Silver Beach many times as well at Silver Shells. I was extremely disappointed in the sleeping arrangements. I came down with my wife and two children and my brother-in law, his wife and child.
The room arrangements were for two king beds and a sleeper sofa. Well the sleeper sofa is broke and you guys new it was broke because there was wood place in it to hold the mattress up. This made for a very uncomfortabel, unpleasant stay at this unit.
For the amount of money we paid, I have stayed in better. If you are going to advertise this unit as sleeper sofa, replace or correctly repair the bed.
Overall stay was ok, but we are just disappointed. -

My wife and I took our 2 year old to the beach for the first time. We loved the Condo in Silver Beach Towers. We stayed on the 4th floor overlooking the pool and great view of the beach. Our only complaint was the rental company. They didn't mail, email or call with directions to their offices and our car's GPS couldn't find their
address. So we spent an hour searching for the office, when we find the office, we learn we also need a code to get our keys. Again, something they did not tell use about prior. Would definitely stay at this Condo again. -

The room, view and location was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. What we liked the most was having two bedrooms with king beds and both having a view of the ocean. It was great for two couples.

Except for a few minor imperfections like the screen door being ripped and a few dings on the balcony it was perfect. We love going this time of year because it’s less crowded and the weather is perfect. The location of this resort is conveniently right in the middle of everything. Can’t wait until next year.

The worst thing that happened to us the whole week was the remot batteries went dead. What a week it was wonderful. The condo was very clean and well decorated. The beds were a little firm but not unbareable. The balcony view was amazing. We would choose the same condo on a returning visit.

Condo was AMAZING...the beach was AMAZING...the restraunts the shopping, the things to do...EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!
We traveled in LATE...got into Destin about 1:00 AM...we had a bit of a hard time finding Compass Resorts to pick up our package...however, we called the after hours #, left a message...and immediately received a return call. The lady who called was very nice and very helpful. We also called her back a couple more times with other questions...she was very curteous!
Condo has EVERYTHING you need!
This vacation was so AMAZING that had the condo been available a few more days...we would have stayed a bit longer...than our already 7 nights!
Beatuiful furnishing! AMAZING views! Pools were wonderful.
I can not say the word AMAZING enough!

This unit is beautiful and laid out wonderfully. Both master suites had views and sliding doors onto the balcony. I've stayed in a lot of condos for over 30 years and the kitchen in this one was probably the best equipped I've ever seen. Cuisinart pans and quality was everywhere. They also supplied plenty of all dishware, not just 6 of each. We could have had a party for 25. (We didn't). Site was very secure - an electronic fob was required to get into everything, but the door was a code - which made it very convenient for the 6 of us - we didn't need a key to get into the room. Overall I would rate this a great place to stay and encourage you to take advantage of it if it is available.

This property was the best. It was on a perfect level and well kept. It is a perfect roomate syle apartment if you are going with another couple and want both rooms to be very similiar. This condo had everything you could ask for and high quality kitchen supplies. I will be returning to this incredible condo and beach.

We spent a wonderful week in a beautiful condo on the beach. The view was fantastic. Mornings and late afternoons were enjoyed by setting on the balcony watching the ocean. The condo was furished nicely. The beds were firm and comfortable.
When we arrived to pick up our keys we were given the incorrect ones and had to drive back to the office. Although it is not a long drive from the condo it was an inconvience. Once at the condo we could not open the door. After a phone call and repeated tries we got into the condo. It was frustrating.
I would stay at this condo again. If you stay here be sure to bring beach towels and soap.
We enjoyued our stay and look forward to returning soon. -

Silver Beach Towers 402W. My family and I just spent 3 wonderful nights at this condo. It was the first time I had ever stayed at a condo with a beach view. It was breathtaking! We went to sleep each night and woke up each morning listening to the ocean waves. It was a very romantic and relaxing experience. We did not want to leave. We had so much fun that we are returning in May. We can't wait! I highly recommend this condo to anyone who loves the beach and wants to have a blast or just sit back and relax!
