The condo, the location, the beach, even the weather was almost perfect during our stay in Destin. The Compass rep was great in assisting with the reservation (the on-line reservation didn't work properly). Booking and check-in were good. In fact, the only things that could have been better was the carpet in the condo, not being able to park in the parking garage and the price. We normally would go barefoot inside the condo...to keep the floors clean. After about an hour inside, the souls of our feet were black from the carpet. We resorted to wearing our flip-flops inside from then on. Other than that, the codo was flawless. The non-use of the parking garage was a minor inconvenience. Pretty tacky though, $1400 for 5 days and the owener had his car parked in the space. Finally, for $1400 I believe we could have scored a nicer, or at least longer stay.

We have stayed at Silver Beach the past 2 years we have vactioned in Destin. The beach rentals provided by Compass was very appreciated and a geart plus to our vaction. We love your condos because all three rooms face the gulf. Falling a sleep every night to the sound of the waves was very relaxing and the perfect way to end the day. The condo was very well kept and clean (which is very important to me. The only thing I would suggest to improve the unit is to update furniture in the living room. The sofa was pretty worn. Other than that we loved our stay and we'll definitel be back in the fall.

Condo was even better en depicted! Beds were comfy. Views of gulf amazing! Cleanest condo we've rented in 5 years. Would definitely stay here again. One complaint was that we were not given specific instructions on renting beach chairs or parking. Parked in same spot for six nights and on the morning of our departure an enormous violation sticker was attached to the window of my new car.

Overall, really enjoyed the condo. Only two issues. One is the jungle of plastic plants and the other was the stained linens in the second bedroom. Possible problem with the hot water in the washing machine because a load of white clothes came out beige! Wall switches for light/fan in the bedrooms not working well.
Despite all of that we would still revisit.

This condo was wonderful. Our view was beautiful.I was very impressed with the staff at Compass Resorts. We like this location. We stay in this area when we come, but had never stayed at Silver Beach Towers,but we will come back. It was nice to have a parking space in the parking garage for the week,too. Thanks for a great week. We shall return!!!

We just thought that the office needed to be more with it! We got to the condominium and we did not have the sticker to hang in our car and we did not get our bracelets to go too and from the beach! We made three trips to your office while we were there for five nights. Overall the experience was great and I would stay again!

My daughter's and I spent a long weekend (4 nights)and were very pleased with the condo. Our only complaint was that the beds were not very comfortable, especially the twin beds in the second bedroom. Everything else was perfect inside our condo. Overall, we did notice the pool needed to be cleaned more frequently. However, overall we were very happy and will certainly return again.

My husband was promoted in the Air Force to CMSgt, and we
had quite a lot of family in town for the promotion ceremony. I
was lucky enough to secure this condo along with two others at
Silver Beach Towers. My family came in from all over, Michigan,
North Carolina, Ohio, Indiana and Alabama. All I heard was
great things about their stay. They liked it so much that they
are thinking of doing a family gathering here next year instead
of at Nags Head, NC. We had a great time and the rooms were
clean, elegant, and quiet. Perfect. I'd stay there again, and put
family there again, no questions about it. -

Awesome condo. The views are great. Entire complex was very clean and neat. Condo is very spacious with awesome patio doors on both bedrooms. Will rent again next year. Highly recommend. All compass employees very courteous and helpful in the rental process.
