Enclave 603A is a 6th floor condo that boasts beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enclave was recently renovated and now have spectacular floor to ceiling windows. So, you can enjoy the great view of the Gulf from inside or on the balcony! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. One guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and the other guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Enclave is just a few short steps away from the beach and you have your own private beach access!

The condo is in a good location and has nice views of the beach. There is a lot of room to relax and could accommodate 6-8 people comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs. The downside is it needs renovated. Actually, the condo directly above us was being renovated the same week we were there. The wallpaper is peeling, the cabinets and furniture are beat up and it needs a good overall painting. With a condo this size, we were expecting a washer and dryer in the condo. Also, there is no Wi-Fi in the room. When we arrived the sink was leaking and the ceiling fan in the living room did not work. The fan blades are also damaged causing it to be out of balance. Both issues were quickly addressed by the Destin Getaway staff. It was our first time in Destin, so it is hard to compare, but we have stayed at nicer places at different spring break locations for less money.

The condo was actually freshly painted so that has all been taken care of. Unfortunately, Enclave condos don't have a washer and dryer in them but there is a laundry room right down the hallway. Great condo for the price but it is old and needs to be updated. It was the perfect size and had everything that our family needed for our stay but it seems the place is still original. Would stay there again though.

Besides the construction and renovation of the property, this was a very nice area to relax and enjoy the beach. Offers a great view of the beach; Also in close proximity to area restaurants, shopping malls, and amusement parks. I would visit again!

Our condo at the Enclave (603a) was exactly what we needed for our large family. The check-in process was quick and painless, and the spring break rate very affordable. While it was across the street from the beach (many places in Destin are), the walk was easy. My boys enjoyed the pool on the complex as well. The furnishings were nice, the kitchen adequate, and the place was clean. I would definitely rent there again.

The only reason that I didn't rate this unit as a 5 is that I don't think that anything is excellent. Everything can be improved on but we were hightly satisfied with this unit. We were very pleased with the condo. We were not sure when we first pulled into the parking lot but when we got into the condo we were very pleased. There is a lot of room in this condo. The unit is not furnished in luxury but it was just like home for us. There were two adults, two older teenagers with their girlfriend and boyfriend. This condo was perfect for us. We had the master room for myself and my husband, the 2nd room for the girls and the 3rd for the boys. The bathroom was large in the master and the 2nd bathroom was perfect for us because it was inbetween the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.The view from the condo was good also. The beach was just a walk across the street for us and no problem at all. The condo was close enough to all of the excitment that we wanted to participate in. The staff was very helpful also. We had a little trouble getting checked in but it was not much trouble and the staff was very helpful. After our stay I even thought that I had left something in the condo by mistake and the staff was very helpful in looking to see if it was there. If you have allergies bring medicine. The cleaning products that they use to clean the unit is very strong.
The only problem with our stay was that we were not able to stay long enough. -

We have stayed at 3 other condos at the Enclave so that's why we came back. When we arrived, the floor had a sticky substance on it like it was not mopped properly. The master bed had a either double or queen size flat sheet on as the top sheet. There were dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, they were clean but had to be put up. I loved the fact that this condo faced the beach and you could actually see it, we usually stay in building B.

AFTER DRIVING FOR 6 1/2 HOURS W/CHILDREN, WE ARRIVED AROUND 11 PM EXAUSTED. WE DID NOT SEE THE KEY IN LATE ARRIVAL BOX. I CALLED THE 1-800 NUMBER & SHE TOLD ME TO GO A FEW BLOCKS DOWN TO ANOTHER LOCK BOX. WE DID THAT & AGAIN, NO KEY. I CALLED THE EMERGENCY NUMBER ON THE DOOR & A LADY ANSWERED. SHE TOLD US THE CORRERCT BOX WAS BEHIND THE BONE FISH GRILL A GOOD FEW MILES UP, & STAYED ON THE PHONE TO BE SURE I GOT IT WHICH I DID FINALLY. I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD ME WHERE THE KEY WAS WHEN THEY CALLED BEFORE I LEFT HOME. SO THE FIRST HOUR WAS HELL, BUT AFTER THAT WE ENJOYED OURSELVES. IT IS THE PERFECT LOCATION FOR US BEING ALL OF THE ACTIVITIES WE USUALLY DO WAS ALL AROUND US. BIG THANKS TO MELANY FOR HELPING US BOOK IT & A BIG THANKS TO THE LADY WHO HELPED US FIND THE KEY.[FORGOT NAME,SOUND HISPANIC]

We enjoyed the great view from the balcony. Spacious and great for a family. I would like to have see a washer and dryer added to this unit, and the stove needed some repairs.
Even with these drawbacks, I would stay there again. -
