Located within walking distance to the beach this 2-bedroom 1-bathroom condo is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities to provide for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Amenities Include: Community Pool, Laundry On Site, Private Beach, and even Tennis Courts. So whether you want to tan by the ocean or lay out by the pool, or maybe even stay active and play some sports there is something for everyone to do! Remember, Check-In- 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.. This is the second time that my family has stayed at Chateau La Mar, but it was the 1st time we booked with Beach Bums. Both times were great. We will definetly book again next year with Beach Bum Rentals!!

We have satyed several times at Chateau LeMer and enjoy the property, beach and other facilities available. This particular unit was found on VRBO. Upon check-in the unit was found to be moldy, dusty and filthy. The manager did come to replace moldy shower curtains and blacken carpets were steam cleaned after we insisted a visit from the manager. The kitchen was not well stocked, dirty, part of cabinets falling apart etc. Mattress's were completely old, and more than lumpy. Sleeper sofa was broken, they tried to have it fixed, to no avail. Dust was thick and sticky. Overall, not only would we not rent this unit, but we would NOT rent from BEACHBUMS ever again. They seemed to try and be accommodating for a few hours, then we did not hear from them again. Some sort of compensation should have been provided. Honestly the worst place our family has ever stayed in as well as very disappointing customer service.

Manager
This unit was in need of some repair and was brought to our attention by this guest. The moment it was brought to our attention our wheels were in motion. Housekeeping was sent to unit to tend to guests complaints, carpet cleaners were sent to unit to steam clean carpets and couch. Management was sent to unit to tend to guests needs. We really provided excellent customer service and attention to this guest. We even followed up with the guest the following day and the husband told us that everything was fine. The unit is outfitted and stocked by the homeowner. Homeowner has been made aware of need to upgrade unit. Upgrades are currently in motion and unit will be back on rental program. Beach Bums Vacation Rentals strongly beleives in customer service and feels like we provided this guest with service above and beyond what most guests would expect.
