Emerald Waters 301 is a modern 3 bedroom, 3 bath corner unit with gulf views that is located 40 steps across the street from the beach. This unit sleeps a king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, a queen in the third bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 4 TVâs, one being a 32â flat screen and 4 DVD players. This unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer, upgraded appliances and fixtures, including granite countertops to round out this upscale unit. This was our fourth year renting from Peterson and have referred my brother and also next year a friend from Michigan. I would always recommend Peterson vacations. We have always had great service and the staff have been very helpful. Emerald waters has all the amenities that we enjoy. This year the two extra beds had new mattresses and the living room had a great new flat screen TV. the decor is very much Florida and attractive. We very much enjoy our view and the people we meet are great. We have reserved this unit for our 3rd straight year in 2014. It is a great 2 months away from home.

We loved the 3bed3/bath condo decor and cleanliness, spacious it was just like home. We-my grandchildren (2) and my son had a wonderful time. The location was perfect right in the middle of Destin close to everything. We liked to be able to see the ocean from our living room and lanai easily and watch the storms come thru and watch people. Extremely quiet very nice.The microwave was very dirty vents,and cabinets were greasy had to wash off..since the handles were sticky. The only thing there were no potholders and not enough bowls (large) for salads and such. We like to cook. The location of the BBQ was a bit out of the way; only the camp style which was filthy and no utensils to clean it up.

We enjoyed the home and everything was clean and comfortable .It was close to everything we needed.The beach access was great.The only complaint I had there was not enough wash clothes.I will stay there again.

my family and i really enjoyed staying in the condo. We were all very comfortable except for the sofa sleeper in the living room. The only other thing i would try to change would be the corner section. The sun was directly in our face on the patio first thing in the morning. i would have preferred to be in the middle section.

Our stay was very nice. Like home. The condo was very clean and smelled very clean. We loved the room it had. Everyone had their own private bathroom. The only thing I could say that I was displeased about was no internet and the frig took a long time to finally get cold. Planning on renting this same condo next year. Would recomend it to anyone.

The unit was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, even for 8 people. It is very convienient to the beach and we even had a view of the ocean that some of the other units didn't.

We had an awesome stay at this location. The view was gorgeous and the location was absolutely perfect! The neighbor upstairs was very welcoming and personable. We will definitely consider this location again.

Great service. Check in time was incorrect on paperwork vs the new check in time. We couldn't unlock condo until the new time.
The condo was very nice. Needed a toilet repaired and they came out right away. The mattress in the mater bedroom was uncomfortable but overall pleased with the condo. We went when it was cold so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. Beach was across the street, easy access.
What we liked best - the location of the condo and it was decorated nice and had comfortable furniture. What we liked least - mattress & walls were thin - could hear neighbors. -

room was great,and the amenities was a big plus and we have book already for next yr. for the same room.just one draw back,wish that me and my wife could have used the amenity card together instead of separate (for instants like golf and deep sea fishing)but other than that i highly recommend it

This is the first time we've used a Condo and our first time at the beach. So we don't have anyting to compare our experiences to, but here it is. We originally booked Emerald Waters #301, but changed our reservations to a smaller condo. It was the Chateau Lameaur(?, not sure how to spell it). The Condo was across the street from the beach and next to Captain Daves Restraunt. I loved the location of the Condo, it was an easy short drive to the shopping areas and very close to the beach. My family had an awesome time. Most of the time we were there were spent on the beach, shopping or doing water activities. We did not spend a lot of time in the Condo, but the times we did were relaxing. The employees at the Dale Peterson Vacation, Cyboney location were very helpful when I needed directions or information on certain activities and places. Thanks you.
