Service with Dale Peterson Rental (Pat & Chris)and staff was great.We love the view from our unit. People are friendly & great resturants, shopping etc. Beach is beautiful. The unit could use some updating and new comfortable living room furniture.Suggestions for the unit are, free access to wireless (as other units provide), comfortable living room furniture, safety handles in shower, New facet & drain in master bath, new cushions for veranda furniture, chase lounge for veranda, new stove top (not all burners work all the time) screen door

My family and I loved the condo, but there were a few issues that had to be addressed. After arrival we realized there was no hot water in the kitchen. Someone came the following day to repair it. There was also sand found in the sofa sleeper, someone also came the following day to clean it out but the person who was to sleep on it decided to sleep on top of the sofa for the remainder of the vacation.
Also we very much could've used a hand bar/rail for the tub in both bathrooms. We had two seniors on the vacation and this would've helped them getting in and out of the tub. -

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because the condo was quite outdated. If decor is no biggie, but you are looking for ample space with a gorgeous view, this is for you. We are usually beachhouse renters, but had only limited time on this trip. We were leary of the high rise condo being very crowded. Due to the fact that we traveled the third weekend of august, many families were already in school from the southern states. We enjoyed the beach to ourselves for long spans! The 11th floor afforded views of the dolphins, schools of fish, crabs, and manta rays that were not nearly as good from the shore level. We did not have high expectations for shell hunting near the property, yet we went home with some great treasures! Great memories for our kids- ages 13, 11, 8!

This was my families first trip to Destin but certainly will not be the last. The entire experience was wonderful. The location and view was amazing...I was able to lay in bed and wake up to an amazing view of the ocean and beach.

We have rented units from Dale Peterson before and have always been happy,but we were very disappointed in this last rental. The refrigerator (which had a rusty door) only got to 45 degrees, the 2 large burners on the cooktop did not work all the time and did not have venting. We opened doors to get rid of cooking smells. The dishwasher soap cup did not work. We called and a repairman came but no repairs were made.The patio doors did not close tight and were very hard to slide. Half of the faucets had the hot/cold sides reversed.Some of the faucet handles came off when you turned them. The glass coffee table was cracked and continued to crack until it looked unsafe- we called to have someone come and help us remove it from the room.The bed skirts in the 2nd bedroom looked like they had been shredded. All in all this appeared to be a well decorated unit but it needed a lot of little things fixed. This is not been our experience with Dale Peterson rentals, we have rented many times and never had so many things wrong. This would be a great unit if it was updated and repaired.

We loved our condo. It was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. I question on how well it was cleaned. There were puzzle pieces on the floor where a vacum should have been run. Showers were questionable on if they had been cleaned because there were black things in the bottom. Also, could not use several of the pots and pans because there was so much food caked on them from not being cleaned well that I went to Target and bought one.

I have stayed at Shoreline Towers for 14 out 18 years I have vacationed at Destin. While the location is excellent and the unit was clean I have found that for the last several years the condos have not been maintained and upgraded as they should be considering the volume of people that are staying there all these years. Clearly there are maintenance issues that need to be adressed. In this unit from the 1st day of check-in the washing machine was not functional and it was not repaired the entire time we stayed. One of the commercial dryers was not working due to a change slot being jammed. Forunately the dryer in the unit did work. The owners of the condos at Shoreline who have not upgraded need to do so if travelers are going to pay these rates. I feel sure the washing machine issue in this unit was reported and never fixed before we arrived. We paid for all of the features of this condo and this was one of the perks that we did not get to use. Also, the commode in the king side bedroom did not work properly. The handle stuck everytime you flushed and it would just run and run until you pulled the handle up. There needs to be more attention paid to the maintenance issues not only in the condos but also in the community washer/dryers on each floor. A walk thru for repairs needs to be done on a regular basis just as a walk thru for cleanliness purposes are done.

Beautiful property, great apartments. These units are the best we have found in a long time. We have stayed on this property twice and can not wait to come back. Coming to Shoreline Towers is like coming home.

We had a great time at Shorline Towers. The beach was wonderful and the condo itself was beautiful.
Usually we stay at East Pass because of the fireworks. However, East Pass doesn't have much of a beach. It was refreshing and we realized we enjoy the beach, the atmoshpere, and the location of Shorline Towers more than fireworks. -

It was a wonderful condo and so big. My three children,husband,mother,and I loved it and all the extra space. It is right on the beach beautiful view. We enjoyed watching the stingrays and the sharks in the early mornings. To who ever reads this pack your bags and go. I would if I could. Thanks-EG
