When we arrived not only were the floors incredibly dirty to the point of having to go out and spend $40 on house shoes for the two of us but the whole vacation...which was actually our honeymoon...we had to listen to the remodeling noises above us. Also, don't sit on the end of the bed or it will flip off of the frame and put you in the floor. We contacted the manager on site and he told us that we should be on the beach and not in the room listening to the noise. He never offered to move us or anything. Little did he know you could hear the noise on the beach!!! So, we couldn't enjoy the room or the beach. Nothing was done to compensate for a ruined trip either.

First of all,I want to compliment the staff,Vince Roy is outstanding at what he does,Sylvia also very helpful,as is the entire staff,including the restaurant in which Frank was our waiter.The condo was excellent and I have already mentioned to family and friends of our very enjoyable experience.From this point forward,we will be staying at Inn at Crystal Beach.The restaurant was a definite plus and the food was outstanding.

Beautiful condo. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The people at the front desk were helpful and knowledgeable. Inn at Crystal Beach is a smaller complex with underground parking. Plenty of luggage carts with the elevator nearby. The condo itself has been updated and has lots of extras. The view is wonderful. Getting to the beach through the restaurant is kind of strange. However, the restaurant-790 has a good happy hour. A great place to stay.

Absolutely beautiful condo all recently renovated with top quality granite, appliances, flat screen tv's and extensive stone tile. Very easy to live the high life in this vacation home. The complex is very user friendly with a business center, workout area and a fabulous restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. David, the beach captain had our chairs and umbrella waiting for us each day. There is a bar, pool and hot tub but the beach and the emerald colored sea was so amazing we couldn't pull ourselves away.

We had a wonderful time at The Inn a Crystal Beach! We will definitly be back next year!The condo was beautiful and so relaxing we really enjoyed our stay. We've been to Destin many times in years past and this condo was the best place we've ever stayed at. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable vacation and can't wait to be there next year!

We stayed at the Inn at Crystal Beach in 2006, in a lovely 3 bedroom unit in May. This condo is extremely well-run, very clean and has friendly staff. So we rented #309 for our vacation at the end of September. Oh my! This unit was redecorated in 2010 and the owners did an unbelievable job! The decor is beautiful, tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end pots/pans, has blender, toaster, food processor, Margaritaville machine, bakeware--basically, more than most people would need on vaca--it's like a home kitchen! Bedrooms and baths comfy and clean. Nice balcony overlooking the Gulf with 4 chairs & 2 tables. Multiple flat screens, DVD/BluRay player, CD/Ipod player. This place truly has everything & we will definitely be back! And to make everything perfect, I have never seen the water more beautiful. It was still warm enough to swim and cool in the shade. Perfection!

We really enjoyed our stay in condo 309. The unit was completely updated and provided a gorgeous view of the Gulf. With the posh upgrades we felt the conveniences of everything from home. Our only drawback was how the unit sits directly above the pool so it was noisy at times. We also felt a slight disconnect the first day we arrived;front desk initially told us it would be an hour until the condo was ready. Within 5 minutes said it was ready and gave us keys. After lugging our suitcases, etc. to the room the maid opened the door and said she hadn't started cleaning yet. Not a huge deal but something to be aware of. We also had an issue with our car luggage carrier - couldn't enter the garage without removing it since the clearane is so low. Minus these few hiccups we really loved our week in Destin and would probably stay at this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay in unit 309 at the Inn at Cystal Beach. The location is convenient for shopping of all sorts and for dinning. The view was great as was the beach. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning didn't cool in the master bedroom very well. It was uncomfortable at night unless we turned the temp way down.

The Inn at Crystal Beach is a wonderful location in Destin - close to many restaurants, shopping areas, and of course it's on the beach. Being a mid-rise building, it's not hard to go back and forth from your condo to the beach. Unit 309 is beautifully decorated and well kept. Check in was easy and quick as well as check out. Will definitely stay here again - as we have many times in the past.

Our week spent in #309 at the Inn at Crystal Beach was amazing. The condo was beautiful and the little extras within made it even better. We ate most of our meals at the condo (rather than going out to eat) and we always had necessary pans/utensils at hand. It was a beautifully stocked kitchen! The view of the Gulf was breathtaking and we loved sitting on the patio at all times of the day/evening. The convenience of being right on the beach was just what we needed with 2 young children (ages 6 and 4). The building, as a whole, was clean and very well kept which gives you a good feeling from the start. The employees were wonderful and were very helpful with any questions we had.
This was our first visit to Destin and we definitely want to come back. Our week there was relaxing, fun and just what we needed -- we can't wait to return! Thank you for making the whole experience (from reservation to check-out) hassle free and convenient. -

We cannot say enough great things about #309. We were very impressed with the remodel. Everything was done exactly how we would have done it -- we felt very at home! We loved Destin & would love to return...hopefully we will be able to stay in #309 again!

Our vacation at the Inn at Crystal Beach was great. The location is perfect, the unit (#309) was outstanding, and the service was good too. Our only issues were: 1. dirty floors in the unit - very dirty. 2. Painters... if we'd have known there would be painters with heavy machinery waking us up every morning (except Sunday) before 8am, and one morning they sanded the window of our second bedroom and woke everyone up with a start!, we'd have chosen another property. Also not really happy with 2 beach chairs for a 2 bedroom unit - especially when we asked for 4 and were told that we'd have to pay by the day for that, when there were hardly any people on the beach. Generally though, the stay was very good!

We truly enjoyed this unit. It was gorgeous and amazingly remodeled. It truly felt like a home. The view from the bedroom as well as the living room was amazing of the beach. Would definitely recommend this unit to friends & family, and hope to stay again one day in the future!

We had a nice condo unit 309, however the toilet was broken upon arrival. The cleaning people should have reported it. It took two days to fix. The floor was filthy. We wwere there 15 minutes walking around without shoes and out feet were black! The place was dusty too. I think the cleaning crew should do alot better for $80. We found the pool to be way too small for that size of a complex. Other than that is was a wonderful time.
