This visit was our second to this condo. We love the floorplan and the spaciousness! We highly recommend 790 on the Gulf as well...great food. Wonderful place to stay in Destin!

Our family stayed in condo 506. The three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The microwave stopped working on our 3rd day of the 7 night stay. A maintenance person came to check on it but it was never fixed or replaced which made quick fix meals not an option. The home is well maintained. There was no hairdryer in the condo and the one the main Inn had for loan didn't work well. The location is in short distance of entertainment, grocery stores and souvenier shops. The swimming pool is very small but clean and well kept. The refrigerator was clean but had a lingering "fishy" smell. The balcony was one of our favorite spots with comfy High chairs with a great view of the gulf. The condo is very nice but somewhat of a luxurious cost for an average place.

Had a great time. Place was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had the things we needed. So glad there was patio furniture. Coffee in the mornings looking at the water was awesome!

Couldn't have asked for better accomodations. The on-site staff (from front desk to beach services) was very friendly and accomodating. Great location, beautiful views, crystal clear water and powder white sand. Would definitely visit again!!

The facility location was great. Upon arrival we were very happy to see the proximity to local stores and attractions. The staff at the desk was not overly friendly. I was told that our bill had been charged to my card over the phone, but learned it had not been when we got there. The desk lady was a tad rude! The showers in all 3 bathrooms were nasty and full of black mold!! I bought bleach cleaner at the store and attempted to clean it myself, but later called the desk for housekeeping. For the amount of money the condo cost, it should have been clean upon arrival. We have stayed at many locations throughout Destin, Perdido and Orange Beach...I have never walked into a bathroom and smelled mold! It had permeated the caulking and shower curtain. My youngest daughter has asthma and this was extremely bad for her condition. We did like the covered parking. The beach service was lacking. It was a mad dash for chairs each day. We could not be assured we would have chairs each day. That didn't make us happy.

My husband, 2 small children, niece, mother-in-law,and myself stayed here for our family vacation. It was wonderful and very much seemed like our home away from home. The staff was great and extremely helpful. The restaurant downstairs had excellent food. The beach was not crowded and the staff who took are of our umbrellas and chairs were out very early getting everything set up. We have no complaints and will definitely stay here during our next trip to Destin.

We had a wonderful time and the staff could not have been more accomodating and great to talk to. I was most impressed with this area of the beach, not conjested and very relaxing. Only draw back is the Inn at Christal Beach is pricey for our budget but we chose location for our daughter's wedding and worked out great Hope we have the opportunity to stay again

We had no complaints about our condo (it was fabulous)or any of the other accomodations. The entire staff was helpful and tolerant of our crazy crew. The only complaint I have/had was that the foul smell of sewage that resonated mainly in the garage and 1st floor was unpleasant. I hope you have that fixed soon. I would certainly stay with you all again.

loved the view but didnt enjoy waiting for maintenance 2 days in a row to get tvs fixed and plumbing i think these problems should of been checked before the condo was rented. Also the condo was not cleaned properly showers were full of sand and dirty. I addresed these issues and got an oh well additude. pool was very small and staff when arrived was not very helpful seriously dont know if i would stay here again.

since the property opened approximately 12 years ago. We never stay
anywhere else. We have our favorite units of course, but always have a
wonderful time. It is a tradition for our entire family. -
