Gulf front condo in Destin, FL with a hotel feel. Has 24 hour front desk, exercise room and restaurant/bar. Condo came with umbrella/chair set-ups on the beach everyday included in rental. I was looking for a nice gulf front condo that I could rent for a partial week during spring break and this was one of the very few that I found. Since it was spring break, I thought the rates were a bit high, but not out of line with other comparable properties in the area during this week. Property was clean an comfortable and in a great location near shopping and restaurants. I would definitely rent this property again.

Staff were very helpful, parking is ample, pool is heated, and you have everything you need in the condo. A great choice. The only downside is there are lots of steps to get to the pool so it was difficult for my grandmother to get to it.

We've stayed at the Inn at Crystal Beach almost every summer for sixteen years and I can confidently say that unit 702 is the very best! Highly, highly recommend.

The sleeping arrangements in unit 702 fit our family perfectly, which is why we have stayed in this unit for the last 3 years. We enjoy being on the 7th floor, the view is great and it is so quiet at the end of the floor. We also enjoy having "790" inside the condo building. When you come in hot and tired from a day at the beach, its great to grab a meal downstairs and make your way to the room with meal in hand.

The condo was perfect, as was the location. We encountered a few minor, but irritating problems. Daily, sometimes 2 or 3 times, we had to go to the desk to have our keys reactivated, and we never kept them in contact with our phones, which can sometimes cause this to happen. Asi amenities service is horrible and I realize that has nothing to do with Inn. At Crystal beach but is part of the Dale Peterson booking. I was on the phone nearly an hour trying to arrange for a shuttle to the airport in Panama City with an agent who knew very little. After finally speaking with Sunshine Shuttle our reservations were made and the driver Donavan was the best! We also witnessed a fight among guests on the beach. But security took care of it over time. It seems that the quality of guests has declined since my last visit two years ago. All in all it was a fun trip, despite the few problems we encountered.

Reservations/check in and all those processes were quick and easy. Staff at both Dale Peterson Vacations and the Inn were profesional and expiditious.
The room (hard to call a two story 3 bed/4 bath PH a room) was very comfortable and well appointed. The only points I would say needed attention were the windows. The balancers were rusted away so the windows could not be left open...small point. The other was in the layout of the Inn. Patrons have to walk through the restaurant and bar to get to the beach or pool. -

We stay at Inn at Crystal Beach almost every year and this year was the first time in 702. It was one of the best condos we have ever had the pleasure to rent. Our stay was wonderful and the weather was perfect!

the place was nice but we paid a $103.00 cleaning fee and the place wasn't that clean.there were chips and sand all over the place.we even found a dead roach in the living room.we called twice about a front light being out because it was hard to see the key hole but they didn't fix it until the night we were leaving.don't think we'd come back to the inn at crystal beach.

Everything was great, just as promised. We rented a 3 bedroom condo with family for our daughter's beach wedding. We really enjoyed ouselves. One small issue: when the towels run out, including the extra ones they give you, you're on your own. Not a real problem. (I guess they have to do it that way because they are individual units, not a hotel.) My wife and I would like to return and rent a smaller unit, just to relax (not much relaxation time at daughter's wedding). Wonderful visit.

I was a returning customer to The inn at crystal beach. The Inn is a great place to stay while vacationing in Destin, FL. The location is very central to many activities, restaraunts, etc...
The Pool is a little small for the complex but did not present issues for my family while visiting. Great place to experience classy condo vacation living.
The 790 restaurant is also very nice addition to the accomodation. The food and service were excellent during our stay. -

This is our second year in unit 702, as it was last year it fits our families needs perfectly. Enjoyed the new appliances and carpeting.

We enjoyed the condo and its location, the staff was pleasant and accommodating but, unfortunately for the 3 months we stayed there was constant construction noise from an adjacent unit that was undergoing renovations! It was very frustrating to hear the drilling, hammering and sawing from 7 am to late evening at times!!

My husband and his friends travelled to Destin for a fishing trip. Their stay at the Inn at Crystall Beach was a very pleasant experience for them. We had an awesome stay in unit 702. It allowed us room to spread out. I booked this unit because of the sleeping configurations. Being on the end and up on the top floor kept things very quiet. Will rent this unit again if available next year.
The oweners welcome gift was a thoughtful jesture. -

The inn at crystal beach was a good experience again. we really enjoyed room 702, what a great experience. The condo was beautiful, we really appreciate the nice welcome basket left by the owner.
The outside of the building appears to be getting in poor shape, it would be worth investing some dollars to keep up the wonderful appearance and ambience experienced at your inn over the past 5- 6 years.

The 3 bedroom suite was a great place, unlike one of the suite As or suite Bs, which is too close to a neighbor with all the sounds of next door in your suite. Ellipticals are on site, rooms fully equipped and very nice. The view is terrific.
