Compass Resorts manages this unit, and they did an excellent job handling our reservation; check in was a breeze; very friendly and helpful staff. This unit was perfect for our vacation. The size of this unit is around 1400 sq ft which gave six people plenty of room to spread out. We also had 4 guests to eat dinner with us, and with the balcony, we were not cramped at all. The unit is well equipped in the kitchen, plenty of towels, the sofa and 3 chairs in the living room were clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms were separated by the living room which gave privacy. The bedding was comfortable and clean. The 3 Hdtvs were great; however, in the master bedroom, the tv was smaller. I love the security of Silver Beach Towers, even though several people complained in previous reviews that it was inconvenient, I found it very reassuring. The only thing that I would suggest is the carpets entering the bedrooms could be cleaned or replaced with either tile or new carpet, and really, I am picky and this really did not bother me too much. The balcony is huge for a 2 br unit. Beach service is included, and we reserved about a week before we left home and we had a great spot on the beach.

We totally enjoyed our stay in E1405 celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The unit is very nice and appears to be newly renovated and was very clean. The only glitch was the blender which leaked precious pina colodas all over the counter top. The rubber washer between the glass vessel and the base had been previously ripped in two. I reported this on checking out. We attempted to find a replacement washer to no avail. The Wifi was inop for the unit as the suppler could not access the closet to install the new equipment. Thanks for a great vacation and we will rent again!

Silver Beach Towers is the best place to stay when your in Detin. My family & I have been coming to Destin for about 6 years now and the past 4 have been at SBT. Its all about location and this place has that and everything else your family or friends need. Looking forward to next year...

We have stayed at Silver Beach before in other condo's and we picked this on for the view. The condo was ok, but the master bedroom was hot. No matter how much we turned the air down, the master stayed too warm. This then froze the other rooms making them uncomfortable. The Tv's were small, the Vcr's/DVD players were broken. Also, internet here is awful. Tried to work from the condo and it was almost impossible. Love Destin, and Silver Towers, but would not rent this condo again.

We have been to Destin for many years and stayed in many different places. We love the unit layout in Silver Beach better that any other that we have stayed in. We got a very good rate on this unit. We vacationed with three other families. I have to say that I liked the units that they stayed in a lot more that ours. Their units were really pretty and updated. Our unit really needs to be updated. Our ceiling fan int he master bedroom would only run on low and a part had to be ordered and did not come in before we left. My son's bedding had shrunk so much that it would not even go down over the mattress and come up every time he layed on it. I would stay in Silver Beach again, but not in that unit. The only other thing that was hard, was all the walking that you had to do to get from one unit to another in the same tower and if you were going to the other tower, you had to go through the parking garage or go outside. I also hope that by next year that they have the beach service worked out. It was very inconvenient this year.

This was our 1st time at Silver Beach Towers and we plan on staying here for all our future trips. The Condo was very clean and has very nice decor. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, with full size washer & dryers. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were very roomy and comfortable, but the views from the bedrooms was spectacular, with access to the large balcony. The building and parking are very secure, with an assigned parking space. The two pools with waterfalls were refreshing and two hot tubs soothing.
The location was perfect, so close to all our favorite restaurants and shopping. Easy access in and out of building, with a traffic light.
The only changes I would recommend is with the beach chairs that were located at a distance, in lieu of the chairs directly in front of the towers and the bedding have upgraded mattress covers and sheets.
We have recommended Silver Beach Towers to all of our friends and family. -

This was our first time renting through Compass. The people at Compass are great to work with...very professional and friendly. The unit was in wonderful condition--decorated nicely. We really enjoyed the kitchen as some units are not stocked with equipment, but this one was like being at home. Our only disappointment were the TVs. The TV in the second bedroom is ridiculously small, especially if you have kids playing video games. Other than that, the condo was perfect.

We just spent 5 nights at the Silver Beach Towers. The condo is right on the beach and has a beautiful view of the gulf from every room. We were pleased to learn that the pictures online matched the condo exactly. We'd recommend this condo especially if you want to spend a lot of your vacation at the beach. It is centrally located to all Destin activities.
We checked in on a Sunday and the rental office was closed and we do not feel the check-in instructions were clear for Sunday check-in. We were also somewhat hassled by the security guards because the beach entry bracelets were not in our packet once we got it and had to wait until the office opened on Monday to get them. The parking garage is a nice amenity however the assigned parking space is very inconvenient for entry, exit, unloading and loading.
Overall a pleasant experience.
