This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Condo rental # 314 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room with carpet through out. Destin's Beach is just steps away with a beautiful view from your private balcony. All units are non-smoking.Condo 314 has recently been updated to include a new 42" plasma flat screen HDTV, new sofas and chairs, fresh paint, and new decor in the living room. This was a great place for us to share time with of family. We enjoyed the pools and the beach.

Good Vacation
Overall a pleasurable experience. Had leak in ceiling. Reported to front desk and staff didn't seem to know what to do. We told her to contact maintenance and all was handled. Front desk allowed multiple people to sign for the same gill at the same time. Quite a conflict.

Everything was wonderful from the condo to the ocean. The weather was perfect. I wish we could have stayed all summer. We loved the condo.
