This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Condo rental # 314 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room with carpet through out. Destin's Beach is just steps away with a beautiful view from your private balcony. All units are non-smoking.Condo 314 has recently been updated to include a new 42" plasma flat screen HDTV, new sofas and chairs, fresh paint, and new decor in the living room. It was our first experience to Destin and we couldn't of been in a better place. Our room was clean, with plenty of room and a view to love! The location was perfect. It is tucked away but near everything. We will rent again!

We've been coming to the Islander for many, many years and this was the first time we had such horrible weather. It rained everyday, nothing anyone can do about that! However, the room (314) we stayed in was something short of disgusting. The carpet looks like it's been there since the condo was built and the furniture as well! With that said we made the best of the time we were there and had an overall good time!

The service at The Islander is always consistent.I can't say enough how much we enjoy staying there, as we do every year!! Our unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It is in a centralized location, including our favorite restaurants nearby. The free beach chairs and umbrella each day made it so nice not to have to carry our own back and forth! Also, we enjoyed the grill area on the 4th of July.We're looking forward to going back next year!!

Nice as always and the upgrades to the buildings and grounds look great. The beach is looking good again. The unit was nice and clean and the views over East Pass were lovely, as usual.

Overall a pleasurable experience. Had leak in ceiling. Reported to front desk and staff didn't seem to know what to do. We told her to contact maintenance and all was handled. Front desk allowed multiple people to sign for the same gill at the same time. Quite a conflict.

Since we drove all night to get here, we were thrilled that our unit was
ready for check in earlier than expected. Thank you so much! Mother
nature didn't cooperate very well, and it would be nice if she issued
rain checks when the weather is uncooperative. The property was very
nice, clean, well maintained, pool was nicely heated, hot tub a little too
warm for my taste, and couldn't be in there for as long as I wanted to
be.

One of my most memorable vacations! Staying in a hotel for more than one or two nights will be hard to do. We are parents of a college softball player and the whole team and several parents stayed here. Everything we needed in the kitchen, clean, comfortable beds, beautiful view, close to the beach, just wonderful!! Once our daughter graduates we plan on coming back for a whole family vacation and bringing the grandkids to share in the fun!
