We were led to believe that all units had been redone. Not true for 505. The mold around the baseboard in the master bath and around the tub in both bathrooms was upsetting.

Beautiful properties,2 great pool areas, easy access to the beach, the condo fulfilled all our needs and the location was in the middle of everything!!

Relaxing Week at the Beach
We've stayed before at The Islander. Overall great value and everything as expected. One suggestion is that the tennis courts--that's important to us--are horrendous and pose an injury risk to players. This is touted as an amenity, so they should be maintained as they are reflected in the owners' assn. dues and therefore in the rental.
Other than that, it is a great place.

The carpet was very old. The base board in the bath was not caulk or finshed. We had to buy more toilet paper. The closet doors came off the track.We have stayed at the Islander 10 to 15 years at least 1 week at a time and some time 3 weeks. We come with 5 to 10 couples. We love the location and the people in the office

A nice place at a good price!
We really liked the unit we stayed in. Our main complaint was the set up. We would have like to have 2 king or at least 1 king and 1 queen bed. The two twin beds didn't work well for us. We would also have liked clean towels at least once during our 4 day stay. The location was great though and the price was good.
