We had great service with anything we needed. The home was awesome, great location and views from the balcony, enjoyed the beach and ocean views from balcony and loved having the sliding doors from the bedroom, slept everynight with doors open listening to the waves hitting beach, so,so relaxing. Hope to do again very soon..The cleaniest place to stay, thanks again...

This is our third year to stay in this beautiful condo unit. We were wowed by the new furnishings and new carpet. It is also a positive that everything in the unit was in good working order and no call for assistance was necessary. We were extremely impressed with the Compass office which is now located on property which makes it so much more convenient than having to go to the main office. We will be back next year!!!

My Sister and I have stayed in this Unit for the second time now, once last October and then recentley for 17 days.
It is like home there we just hate when we have to leave.
We sincerley apprecaite the owners sharing there home with us.
Hopefully we will get to come down in October again and stay in this same unit!

This was our first time that we have stayed at Silver Beach Towers. Found the condo on Trip advisor. Very skeptical about choosing to stay at a development we knew nothing about. We were so pleased with the condo and the fabulous service we received from Sheila at Compass Realty.We will definitely be back.

This is by far the best rental company we've ever had and my family has been vacationing in Florida for 25 years. Compass Resorts' staff was very friendly and accommodating. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The location is right in the middle of everything and best of all, right on the Beach. The Beach chair rental staff was helpful and efficient. I rate my whole experience a 10!

We have 5 children of all ages and really enjoyed this vaction. It has taken us years to get my husband to want to go to the beach and now he is telling everybody they have to come here. The place was very clean, safe, fun and relaxing. We will definitly come here again. Compass Resorts were amazing as well. We have an issue with the dates and needed to change them and with a smile of their face they did just that. Very professional and informative. Awesome experiance!

We've been coming to the beach for years and have very specific desires in a condo. Not only did the condo rate excellent, so did Compass Resorts, which made the reservation process/check in and out very, very easy with no questions or problems. Everything was anticipated. The condo was well equipped and oh, so clean and comfy.

A special thanks to Natalie from your Corporate Office who helped us check in. My husband has leukemia and he had gotten sick on the trip to Destin from Texas and Natalie went the extra mile to see that we were accommodated and to get him out of the heat. This was our first time using Compass but the experience far exceeded any of our past numerous trips to Destin and we certainly will be using Compass in the future. The condo far exceeded our expectations (this was our 3rd year at Silver Beach Towers) and just walking into the condo was uplifting. It was immaculate, very well decorated and very, very comfortable. Thanks for your professionalism.

My husband and I enjoyed one week at Siver Beach Condo 1102 and loved every minute of it. We were so comfortable at the condo and the weather was a little hot but otherwise perfect. We were able to relax on the beach, play a little golf and he went deep sea fishing. I loved this condo and I would love to come back and stay there again next year!
Josie at Compass Resorts was very accomidating and helped me plan the perfect vacation. -

This last stay was my fifth stay at the Silver Beach Towers property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. In fact, I would not stay at any other property in the future. The units each have a beautiful view and the balcony is great. I look forward to coming back soon.

We usually stay on the military reservation in Destin. While this was more expensive, it was well worth it. Great breeze from shore and the condo had everything you needed. The stores were all within one mile either way. I will try to get this place every year I go from now on.

Great property with excellent security. Large pools and great
beach access. Huge Master Bathroom and well furnished
kitchen made this stay very pleasurable. This unit has a
straight on view of the beach and has very nice patio furniture
for your afternoon relaxation. Would recommend in a heart
beat! Look forward to another stay next year.
