Very congested part of Destin; condo needs some updating.
This was our first trip to Destin, so we weren't sure what to expect. The condo felt more like a hotel than the quiet Vrbo experience we were looking forward to. The beach is way too crowded for our tastes, but there are nice state parks down the road. Destin itself is a nice city that we will return to, but I doubt we'll stay at the Islander again--the condo needs some updating, and it's just too packed in for our tastes.

Beautiful and wonderful vacation!
I loved the Islander. Everyone was so friendly and all the rooms were beautiful. And the price was right! We were there for a wedding so our party had several rooms rented out. Everyone was happy with their room and their stay there. Very clean. We loved it!!!
