This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Condo rental #714 has recently been remodeled and accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Destin's Beach is just steps away with beautiful views from your private balcony. All units are non-smoking. The Islander was a great place to stay for 2 weeks in Destin. Our unit was clean and bright and we had everything we needed. The pool beneath our balcony was always clean and was so relaxing - and the beach was amazing to visit everyday. We will definitely stay at the Islander again!

We enjoyed the facility and the beach location. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. Only complaint was the master bed was too soft and sunk in the middle. It was like a hammock. Overall we enjoyed the experience.

We enjoyed our week at The Islander. We really had only one complaint, and that was that on laundry days they never seemed to have any wash clothes. Other than that everything else was just like a vacation should be like. Just to let you know, this was our 3rd or 4th time staying with The Islander, and we will definitely visit again.

The only thing that could be better would be if we could have stayed a little longer!!! We picked unit #714 after looking a many units on line. The unit is decorated in a very up to date manner. Very nice furniture. Very Clean, The view is really nice. I enjoyed it more than I have with straight ocean / beach views on past trips. The grounds are immaculate. The location is very convenient to everything in Destin. It's also nice that The Islander is located off the main highway! I have nothing negative to say about our visit to the Islander! We will be back... hopefully before the summer is done!

We had a wonderful experience at The Islander. We usually stay closer to San Destin or in Panama City so we were concerned about staying somewhere new but were very impressed. We chose the sunset view because the gulf view overlooked the parking lot and we made a wise decision. The sunset over the little pond and jetties was great and we could watch all the boats going and coming. We would definitly recommend this condo and will be returning.--Dothan, AL

Overall the stay was great. Great location to shopping, eating! Good access to the beach.
Kids complained that twin bed matresses very uncomfortable.
Not happy with 10 am check out time at all! Not enough time for family of 6!

Our stay at the Islander Resort was great. Probably one of the most enjoyable vacations we have ever been on. My daughters college(Heartland College) softball team stayed there also for the week. Our room had just been remodeled and it was really nice.
The staff and the snowbirds that were still there were very nice to us and our girls. The beaches were the best we have been on in Florida and the rest of the hotel was very nice. The team and their famlies used the covered cookout area several times for meals that saved us alot of money on meals. I plan on bringing the rest of my family to your resort in the future. I would highly recommend this resort for quality and value.
