Condo rental #717 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Beautiful condo. Everything yoy need to feel at home and relax. Beautifl view from our private balcony. We were in unit 717, top floor almost end unit, so not a lot of traffic. We enjoyed the pools and jacuzzi and left very relaxed. We will definately be returning. All the staff was very friendly.

This unit is very nice. It is well decorated and has everything you need and extras, too. The view is great! We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. I will stay in this condo again.
Also, I want to add, I have stayed at the Islander for several years now in three different condos during summer and winter months. All the units I have stayed in are very nice. They are always very clean. The property is very well maintained and very pretty. I love the location because it is quiet and such a beautiful area of Destin. It is close to everything but not on the main drag. It is a lovely area to walk and I always feel very safe there. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. In the past I have stayed in different places in the area, however The Islander is my favorite and I do not stay anywhere else now.
I have no complaints about this unit or the complex. Only thing that would make it better is for them to offer more specials like stay thee nights and get one free or something for repeat customers like me. :)

This was our first time to stay at Islanders but it will definitely not be our last!!! We loved the condo and it was well equipped, spacious and super clean! The view from our balcony was beautiful and we had this huge picture window in the master bedroom that allowed us to wake up to a gorgeous view of the ocean. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. I only wish we had found you guys years ago!!! Keep up the good work. See you next summer!!!

My extended family has been coming here for over 25 years, and we always enjoy the stay. I like the improvements this year, the facility looks great. My only problem was with the pricing of the rooms. I was enticed to book it early with one offer, and then as the time grew nearer to the reservation date there were repeated offers which were better but listed as for new reservations only. Eventually our choice was either to cancel and re-book at the new rate or lose about %500. Although I was able to get a good rate after several calls, we had seven rooms, almost all side by side, and it seemed like we all had different rates. In the future I would suggest that you not penalize long time customers who book early. Now I don't know if I should wait for the last minute to book next year. We will probably all be back, but there will be much discussion about this problem and some will at least look elsewhere. Please straighten this out because I want to be able to come back.

The Islander Room #717 had very stylish decor. They thought of everything a vacationeer would need in the kitchen, dining, living and bedrooms to make our stay completely comfortable and fantastic. We had an excellent view of the gulf and beach and enjoyed every moment we were in the room. The proximity to the beach was excellent. Thanks Islander.

We were very comfortable and had an outstanding view from the room. The unit was very clean and pleasant. The grounds and swimming pool areas were lovely and seemed to be clean and well kept.
We did not like the outside entrance to the rooms. The lobby and other public areas were not as inviting as the unit itself. They looked a bit shabby.
The bedroom window was too small providing no view. The people at the desk were somewhat helpful but could be better informed and make a better impression of professionalism. -

I enjoyed my stay at this location, the staff was very nice and everything that we needed was provided. Only problem that we ran into was that the fridge didnt work. However, the staff was quick to respond and fixed the problem in a timely manner. The one thing that I would change is the front door, replacing the worn doors would add so much value to the property. Thanx and yes I will return to this unit.

is best suited for us because now instead of being the young kid, my wife and
I bring our other married friends, and the full sized bed in the guest bedroom
is perfect. I love the ceramic tile, and the upgraded televisions and I am sure
to only request this condo from this point on! -

THE ROOM WAS FINE, THE FUN PACKAGE WAS GREAT,THE ONLY PROBLEMS WAS THE REFRIGERATER WOULD NOT KEEP THE FOOD GOOD WE LOST SOME MILK AND SANDWICH MEAT. THE OTHER PROBLEM WAS ONLY ABLE TO SWAP LINENS ONCE A WEEK. WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF THIS WHEN WE BOOKED OR WHEN WE CHECKED IN. ALSO THEY ONLY GIVE YOU TWO ROLLS OF TISSUE PAPPER PER BATH FOR THE WHOLE STAY. THIS INFORMATION WOULD BE GOOD WHEN YOU BOOK AND CHECK IN. WE HAVE STAYED AT THE ISLANDER FOR SEVERAL YEARS THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE HAD ANY PROBLEMS.

I had a good time but was a little disappointment because the beach was a little washed out and the beach was a 1/3 size as normal and made space limited. The dishes weren't very clean and the dish washer worked very poorly so we had to wash them by hand for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. This unit was very clean and newly decorated. The staff was helpful. The pool and beach area were neat and clean. We were very pleased with the reasonable price. We plan to visit again in the fall.
