Very spacious, beautifully renovated and upgraded 2br/2ba unit with a queen in the master, queen in 2nd bedroom, and queensize sofa sleeper. Fabulous custom walk-in travertine shower with dual controls and separate jacuzzi tub. Wet bar, breakfast room, and fully equipped home entertainment center. Large wrap-around balcony and 2nd private balcony off the master bedroom, provides incredible views of East Pass, bridge, Destin Harbor and the marinas. DSL line for internet access.

They where spraying the parking lot and we had to park in tower 2 but that did not stop the overspray..I had to have my 2011 yukon detailed bc of the tar overspray
The ac did not work the whole week we were there so it was very hot after going out and then coming to condo u want ac ..and it was hot
The master shower door was leaking at bottom so I was having to wash towels
2 times a day to make sure we had enough towels
We come to b om vaca and we like to brimg our boat but we ahve to spend the day we get there trying to find boat storage ..for the price we pay we should b able to store our boat at the condo -

We liked this unit very much. The view was great and the furnishings very comfortable. There were a few downsides. The kitchen was not stocked with many pots. The mattress in the master was a pure marshmallow. The guest room had a good mattress. All in all a nice unit.

Having never been to Destin before and having never rented a condo from Destin Luxury Rentals, the high expectations that I had were exceeded. The service was flawless. Harry helped me through the process via email and was always there with a speedy answer to all of my questions. Check in was so easy it was scarey and checkout was the same. No muss, no fuss. Friendly expert service.
The condo was georgous. If I owned a condo in Destin, this would be the one I would own, without having seen any others. It fit my style to a T and the location was perfect for my husband and I. It was at the end of Holiday Isle, so we began our beach walks and literally walked for miles and miles every day. The emenities in the home were perfect. Bosch appliances in the beautiful kitchen, balconies for every room, great views and the master bathroom was to die for. Huge walk in closet and a marvelous shower. The condo is decorated stylishly and comfortable. The only things I would change would be to put a king sized bed in the master bedroom and to add more luxurious towels for the bathroom. And I would offer beach towels, because you can't use the bathroom towels for the beach and we had to go out and buy beach towels. A minor inconveniece, but it would be nice to have those provided, just the same. -

For the second year we were unable to enjoy the pool due to the temperature of the water and I am not talking too warn.
The carpet in the master bedroom had the same stains that were there when we checked in the previous year. The kitchen was ill equiped with cooking utensils (pots and pans). The leasing agent did loan us a crock pot that came in handy. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired and we spent the first day tidying the place up to our standards as best we could and this included spot cleaning the carpet. While there we clean, dust and vaccum to maintain a standard of cleanliness that we prefer to enjoy.
We have booked another unit for our visit to the area in Feburary.

This condo was great. Furnishings were really nice. Kitchen had everything you needed. Master bathroom had a walk in shower. We had trouble with the air conditioner going out while there. Rental company offered us another condo to use. Luckily the air was fixed and we didn't have to move. Beach was great and so convenient.Would recommend unit 407 to anyone going to Destin.

Upon arriving at 1:30am the unit had not been cleaned in some time. There was molded food in the fridge, trash that had not been taken out, beds with no sheets, laundry piled up in the bathroom, and nasty bathrooms that had not been cleaned. We had to sleep on bare beds and get a shower in a nasty shower the first night. I called the emergency service and reported the conditions, then the next morning a cleaning lady walks into our room without knocking or making her presence known. She just walked in!!! That was very rude of her and the rental management company because they did not even call to warn us that she was coming.We never received a phone call or apology from the rental company, which is disappointing. We are frequent vacationers to the Destin area, at least 2-3 trips per year and eventually we will purchase a 2nd home in Destin. We definitely remember the good rental companies and the bad. Its sad that the rental company did not care enough to call and apologize. I believe we are due a credit for the inconvience we experienced. Not to mention the internet rate advertised for the unit was not honored. I paid an extra $170 to stay here only to be inconvienced.

We have 2 complaints- the a/C stopped blowing cold air and I had to reset it per instructions of your after hour people, but the big complaint was when we lost our room key and had to contact your after hours people...I was put on hold so long that my mobile phone went dead. I tried explaining to the man on duty why I was having to keep calling back..and he was rude...stating there were 5 ahead of me & I said that was okay but my phone was cutting off because I was being put on hold...finally 45 minutes later I got a lady and she took my info...and said she would give it to the dispatcher and someone would call me on my mobile to re-key the room. To this day no one has called...You were calling my home in arkansas. I got my son off the golf course (he was entertaing customers from So. Carolina) to come open the condo for us. That was a 3 hour ordeal.

This was one of many ventures we have had with Destin Luxury Rentals and as in our past experiences the service was excellent and the staff outstanding.
Over the years along with the sunset views the main reason for us choosing the Towers is the cleaniness and maintence of the condo and as always was excellent. This was our first visit to Unit 407, compared to most of your units the overall condo room layout is different and far better then any other 2 bedroom condo in the Towers. Having a queen size bed in the guess bedroom was better than most that offer twin beds.
The unit location , you cannot beat the western view from off the master bedroom and main balcony. The outdoor furniture was better than most you offer.
To say what we liked best is for me to say if my wife and I were in the market to purchase, unit 407 would be our first choice as owners.
As for the least, I wished the guess bathroom was closer to the bedroom so not to make our guess walk down the hallway to use the facility. By far the worse is the late night so called music coming from across the cove. It would be nice if they had a midnight music cutoff rather than play into the wee hours of the morning!! -

I truly enjoyed my stay in this beautifully updated, spacious condo. This condo is in a terrific location with great views on the 2 spacious balconies. It has everything you need, including a wetbar. The staff was very helpful and accommadating. I will stay at this condo or one of the others managed by Destin Luxury Rentals in the future.

The place was beautiful...great beds, beautiful view, quiet, lovely pool. No fireworks this time of year, but they tell us that can be fun (& noisy). We loved the balcony and spent most of our time out there; we never even sat in the living/dining room. The place needed some wine glasses, but other than that, it was great.

My wife and I spent three nights in East Pass Towers #407 and it was absolutely the best accomodation I've had on a vacation type trip. And, the staff at Destin Luxury Rentals were so helpful and courteous, especially Courtney.
I highly recommend both the rental group and East Pass Towers. The towers provide the very best views in Destin.

East Pass Towers is by far the most fantastic place in Destin!! With its majestic views by dawn, noon and dusk, the sensation is overwhelming and phenomenal! With our 20 years of experience of traveling to the Emerald Coast, we are connoisseurs of beachside retreats and the sensation of the view!!! East Past Towers provides the most wonderful experience that can only be provided by its location and proximity to to East Pass and the natural ambiance that make it so enticing!!! I think of the founders and their discovery of the "Luckiest Fishing Village" and their comment..."The sand blinded their eyes."...Oh, I had such vision upon my first visit and have been blinded since then....and will return very soon for a permanent home.

The owners at East Pass Towers are the nicest. It was a joy getting to know them. The room was the the most beautiful place we have stayed in our 4 years of vacating in Destin. We loved the privacy,views, and the ease of checking in and out. Everything about this vacation was perfect and we will definately go back and request this room again.
