Gorgeous 1BR/1BA condo that has recently been refurbished with new stainless appliances, granite countertops, and flatscreen tv's. King bed in the master bedroom with a queen sofa sleeper and 2 hallway bunks easily accomodates 6 people. Large, flatscreen TV in living room with dvd player. Flatscreen tv in bedroom. Living area opens up to view of the gulf with large, private balcony. BBQ grills are located on property, seasonally heated pool with hot tub. Wifi avaialble on property. Close to all shopping, dining, and watersports.THIS UNIT RENTS WEEKLY (7days) ONLY.

The condo we stayed in was very nice, especially all the updates and newness of everything. We pretty much had all the comforts of home. The best thing was the location which was right across from the beach. My daughter said the best thing for her was the big screen T.V.!:-)) The only negative was the master bedroom was located by the main entry and stairwell to the third level. This made it a little noisy when other people would be coming and going from their condos.

I have never been in 308 before and the stairs were not a great thing and the view was not very good. I originally tried to book 103 and was told it was rented however no one ever showed up nor was I told it was vacant. I had to call the owner of 103 to inform him his unit was empty so I could move into it. 103 has much better access to the beach. Pool and hot tub maintained well and the facility was very clean.

The vacation rental was nice; the only thing was the third floor and a few things in the apartment that needed up grading. I love the beach but my husband does not. His joy is to cook; carrying all the things we need for a seven day stay up the steps was very hard! My daughter stayed in the apartment next door and she has 2 young children. Going up and down with them was very frustrating. When in 308 there was no curtains in the bedroom witch brought the light in. I don't know about you but when I am on vacation it is a pleaser to sleep a little late. Having to be at work for 6:00 am every morning one of the great pleasures is being able to sleep a little late. I improvised by putting a blanket over the window. My daughter stayed next door and it was nice having the ability to open a door that would allow us to go into her apartment and into ours from the inside. She invited my sister to help her take care of the children. The sofa bed was in terrible shape and is need of a replace! Her television did not work on cretin cannels. Al in all the rentals is a great bargain. If they would up graded them it would be fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were two things I would have liked to have been different. The first would have been that the bedroom window have a curtain on it. They leave the balcony lights on all night, making the bedroom very bright. The other would be to have the floors cleaned a little more thoroughly. Otherwise, it was perfect! There are plenty of towels, so you don't have to worry about going and getting more, and it's literally about 2 minutes from the beach!

Rental agent was extremely helpful, patient and pleasant. Great location, easy access to beach. Centrally located. Clean unit, plenty of towels,sheets and blankets. Exterior in great condition and clean, especially pool area.
