Welcome to condo 1400, this a one bedroom condo that has 2 full bathrooms. This condo has a beautiful view from the balcony. This condo has white tile in the entry and kitchen and willow green capet in the living areas and bedroom. Small tile on counter tops. Living room has beige colored furniture. The dining room table has rattan chairs and glass table top. Master bedroom has teal and coral linens. There are flat screen televisions in both the living room and bedroom.

We loved our stay in this condo. It was tastefully decorated and well equipped. It has a beautiful view of the Gulf. The management at Edgewater excels at making a stay at the complex very rewardinding. We plan to return again next year.

My husband and I received confirmation of our desire to rent promptly. The check-in and check-out was easy. We had very prompt service when a minor amenity was broken (toilet paper holders). Our condo was tastefully decorated and clean and roomy. I liked being within walking distance of two breakfast places because the first morning we didn't have any groceries yet. We rented the condo because we read a book about it that said each unit had a view of the ocean. And sure enough, our unit had two sides (three windows or sliding glass doors) with a view of the ocean. The sunset was breathtaking. We could see the flag each morning indicating the safety level at the time.

This was our second stay at Edgewater Beach. We love it! I didn't want to write the review because I don't want to have competition for condos.
We were lucky to get the last available condo the week we wanted to go. You would think it wouldn't be the nicest (especially compared to the condo we had the previous year) but it was great.
The complex is well maintained. The beach is not crowded. The pools and facilities are great. There is a well equipped workout room. It is located away from all the big crowds and minutes away from a number of top notch restaurants.

The location was perfect and the view was incredible!!! Far enough away from all the traffic, but close enough to all the action. Our condo was right next to the elevator, which made it very convenient for hauling luggage up from the parking garage, as well as going to and fro to the car, and getting to the walkway to the beach. Loved having two complimentary beach chairs; the guys who assisted with the chairs were so nice and helpful! The pool grill was convenient, and the grilled chicken sandwhich was delish; the owner, she was a delight! The only complaints I have is with the condo itself...there was not a blow dryer; we had to buy one, there were only two towels/wash cloths per bathroom for the entire stay, the pillows were very flat, linens scratchy and the bed was not comfortable. For the price of the condo, I expected better quality along with daily house keeping. All in all, it was a nice place to stay, but the location is what made it a great exerperience.

Beach was wonderful and the staff was great.
Location couldn't have been better, nice quiet neighborhood. Yet activities were close enough to enjoy.

It was a nice place to stay.It was clean and stocked good.Did not like the 14th floor.Had great view of the ocean.Over all it was a great place to stay and would recommended to anyone.Will stay at the edgewater again!
