Welcome to Condo 1702, this professionally decorated penthouse condo is located on the 17th floor of the building. It has a private terrace, and the best view of the ocean and the bay. You can enjoy dining on this terrace watching the sunset, or the sunrise. This condo features contemporary decor throughout, with travertine floors, and new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops. It has 5 flat screen televisions, 4 DVD players (2 of them are Blu-Ray). It has hairdryers in all the bathrooms. Condo also has a safe.

We enjoyed staying in condo 1702. We have been to Edgewater 2 times previously, but had never rented a condo with a terrace. The terrace was wonderful. We spent a great deal of our time outside on the terrace enjoying the beautiful views. It was our 12 year anniversary, so spending time alone together was important to us. We cooked in most nights, because the condo was so large that we felt like we were in our own vacation home. I don't think that we will ever stay in a condo without a terrace again! We are looking to our next visit to Edgewater.

I have stayed at The Edgewater for the past 22 years. Although by business travels take me to various places, 4 and 5 star Hotels and Restraunts, they have hold no more value to me then my time at the Edgewater. I am totaly pleased and plan stay another 22 years there if the good lord permits.

We have stayed at edgewater 3 times and 1702 twice. Great place to stay and a wonderful condo. Has everything you need and service is fantastic!!! We loved the room and the deck so much we didnt even go to the beach this last time!!!
