Welcome to condo 312, this bright and cheery 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The balcony overlooks the 2 pools, and has a great view of the Gulf, it has seating for 6 so you can dine out on the balcony while enjoying the views. The condo has tile throughout. It has a flat screen televisions in the living room, and in both bedrooms. There are 2 Blu-Ray Players, and 1 DVD Player. There is a safe in the condo to store your valuables.
