Welcome to condo 409, this condo is located on the 4th floor of the building, with a spectaclular view of the Gulf of Mexico and of the pools. There is tile throughout the unit, except the bedrooms. It has new cabinets, countertops, and appliances in the kitchen. The living room is decorated in warm earthy tones, of green and tans, it has a large flat screen television. The master bedroom has a tropical feel to it with white furniture, floral designs, and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has blackout drapes for those who want to sleep late. We loved our stay at Edgewater Beach. It is so beautiful and relaxing. We kept commenting on how much it reminded us of being in Hawaii. The lush grass is so wonderful. The Edgewater is right across the street from a grocery and from the outlets so you have paradise 5 minutes from anything you need. It stormed the majority of the week that we were there but we still had a blast and can't wait to return the Summer of 2013. In fact, we had family staying a few condos down at The Beach House and they loved our unit so much that they are going to stay at Edgewater this year.

Edgewater Beach was terrific. The pool had lots of room and very quick access to the beach. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was huge. The personnel were very friendly.

I have stayed at Edgewater on and off for the past 20 years. Unit #409 was simply perfect. Beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed. Bathrooms had every amenity and plenty of towel racks. Comfortable den furniture and good lighting. I came with my daughter and a friend of hers. They had just finished their freshman year of college and needed some relaxation time. They stayed in the 2nd bedroom with the twin beds (which is beautifully decorated) and the only negative comment they made was that the mattresses were not very comfortable. They reminded them of their dorm mattresses. They said they felt as though the mattresses might have a plastic cover over them. This was the only negative comment I heard during our entire stay. I would love to stay in this condo again sometime and I would recommend it to friends. Edgewater's pools are gorgeous and always kept up so well. Love the new chairs and pool umbrellas. Edgewater is our favorite..

We travel to Florida at least twice a year and now we finally know the perfect place to stay. The room was a generous size and the view could not be beat.
