Welcome to condo 504, this thorougthly modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is located on the 5th floor of the property. It has tile throughout the condo except for the bedrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops, and new stainless appliances. There is a an extra icemaker built into the cabinet. The full sizeGE Profile washer and dryer are Hi-Effiencey. Thre are 4 large flatscreen televisiosn, as well as 3 DVD players, and 1 Blu-Ray. There are hairdryers in all 3 bathrooms for your added convenience. The balcony has a pub height table and chairs, as well as 2 chaise loungers.

Our family truly enjoyed our first trip to Destin FL. I would not only recommend the area, the resort/condo was very well suited for the large amount of families (12) we were traveling with for this 2013 Spring Break.
Room 504 is very well set-up with all you will need, we would stay there again without hesitation.

1st time at Edgewater after spending many vacations in Ft Walton Beach. Accomodations at Edgewater were a definite upgrade from what we enjoyed at other places, especially the pools and condo amenities but the biggest drawback to Miramar Beaches is the traffic on Highway 98 or even Scenic Highway along the beach areas.
When bringing the grandkids - we would definitely be back. -

We stayed in unit 504 @ the Edgewater Condominiums august 11-18th. We were there for my nephew's beach wedding. What a beautiful place our 3 BR condo couldn't have been any nicer. We were with a group renting 10 condos for the week...they were all gorgeous & the beach is spectacular...it was great being across the street from the grocery store & outlet mall...there are about 25 of us planning our return trip...thank you so much

The stay was wonderful and sooo relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean and very well appointed. My favorite spot was the bacony with ocean view. The nearby stores and Buster's were all very convenient. My only problem was operating the living room tv. Not very good instructions for turning it on. Also people renting a 3 bedroom condo need to get more than 2 beac chairs please

Our condo was very nice and our view was great! The only negative was that it was quite a walk to the beach from ours. The grounds and common areas were well kept. Loved being right across the street from the outlet mall. We would stay here again!

Overall had a wonderful experience. The only negatives was the check-in process when we arrived around 8 pm on July 2 along with many, many others. The Security Guard while very polite and doing the best he could was absolutely overwhelmed. Knowing that this is the busiest weekend of the year for Edgewater, I'm disappointed that there was not an effective process put in place to handle the influx of arrivees. Although, our vacation was wonderful and we definately will return, I must admit, I was questioning whether we should have come immediately following this experience. I would also recommend better signage for where the office is located and where to park. Pulling in, I had no idea where to go and there is no signage directing guests to the parking garage. Cars were backed up and people were literally standing around with their luggage not knowing where the office was or what to do.
