Unit 510 is very nice and has been updated. It isn't your normal Florida "look", but more Tuscan type decorating. Very comfortable. We have stayed at Edgewater Beach many times and really enjoy it since it is so clean and well maintained and the location near the outlet mall, grocery store and restaurants is great. Plus, you can't get any closer to the beach, since you step right onto the sand.

Edgewater Beach Condominium is the place to stay. The condo was excellent with an awesome view of the ocean. The pools were wonderful especially the waterfall, and each day of our stay we had chairs and umbrella set up on the beach which was provide by Edgewater. The location of this condo is within walking distance of a grocery store, mall and resturants. If you want a great vacation go to Destin and stay at Edgewater Condo's.

There isn't one thing that I didn't like, the condo was very nice, amenities were great, the location to grocery, pharmacy, mall, dollar store, souvenir shop, and restaurant was just right. Beautiful view, clean pools, grounds, etc. We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for us!

We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect. Not too crowded. Really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella everyday. The guy that does the chairs is so nice. Great heated pool and hot tub. Our condo was clean and very nice. Close to everything, stores, resturants and etc. The beach was fantastic. Great vacation.
