Destin’s white sandy beaches and warm Gulf waters, numerous restaurants, friendly southern hospitality, and fun family activities will make your vacation fun and relaxing. Imagine vacationing with all that in a clean, cozy, and comfortable townhome 120 yards from that beautiful beach, a few steps to the pool, and a 5 acre lake as your backyard…that's where you'll be when you stay at our spacious (1200 sq.ft.) home-away-from-home! This townhome is connected to a private community of individually owned townhomes complete with all the amenities: 300 feet of soft white sandy (private) beach, (2) lit tennis courts w/shuffle board, (2) pools... (1) heated w/adjoining kiddie pool, and 5 acre fresh-water fishing lake (catch and release only). You and your children will love feeding the fish, turtles, and ducks from right off the deck! No waiting for an elevator or walking through a crowded lobby! After you park your vehicle a few steps outside your front door, you will walk in to find that you can keep rolling your luggage right on into the bedrooms. In the Master Bedroom you can stretch out and sleep sound on a Queen size Bed with side tables/lamps on each side, alarm clock, dresser/mirror, full-size closet, ceiling fan, master bathroom with tub/shower, and 32” flat screen TV w/DVD player. The Guest Bedroom offers comfy full-size bunk beds, dresser/mirror, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, side table/lamp, alarm clock, full bathroom with tub/shower and 27” flat screen TV w/DVD player. Towels, linens, and blankets are furnished.Walk upstairs (second floor) to find the Third Bedroom we call the “bunk room”. Here you will find a cubby-twin bed with its own 19” flat screen TV w/DVD player, plenty of cubby areas for your clothing, and a bathroom with shower. Also on the second floor, is our brightly lit kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and stocked with a 4-slice toaster, microwave, blender, dishwasher, trash compactor, coffee maker, garbage disposal, electric can opener, crock-pot, electric griddle, and ice maker. Books, movies and games are all available for your pleasure and located in the entertainment center. On the dining room table, you will find a basket containing information with local restaurant menus, phone numbers, nearby activities, and other information.The condo backs right up to the 5 acre lake where you can fish or feed the water animals from both top and bottom deck. Drink a nice hot cup of coffee and watch daylight break from one of the decks, or relax with a nice cold beverage in the evening and watch the sun set.If you have any golfers with you, there are numerous challenging courses nearby, deep sea fishing at Destin Harbor, snorkeling in crystal clear Gulf waters, or just relax on the beach and watch the clouds roll by while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean waters. For the tennis players, you will enjoy our courts that are lit at night. For the children, they can spend hours at the Big Kahuna Water Park located practically across the street.If you’re looking for a little excitement in the evening, we’re close to dozens of fantastic restaurants and night clubs within walking distance. For some peaceful evenings, spend them relaxing on the deck overlooking the beautiful fountains illuminating our 5 acre lake.You can drive across the street for groceries or pick up Starbucks at Target, shop at up-scale stores in nearby Destin Commons, Baytown Wharf, and San Destin, or visit Super Wal-Mart, Marshall’s, Kirkland’s, Fresh Market, movie theaters, or numerous other family oriented establishments nearby.We maintain our vacation condo as if it were our full time home and are very proud of it and proud to share it with you.
