The stay was very nice. We stayed in GWE last year but in a different unit. Unit 41 was decorated in beach deco and updated floors and counters, a bit more modern which made the experience more relaxing.
Sharon was informative and pleasant as usual.

We just spent a week at this very comfortable 2 bedroom condo. There are two large bedrooms upstairs, each with it's own full private bathroom and balcony. One bedroom also has very comfy built-in bunk beds with full size twin mattresses, not tiny little child sized bunk bed mattresses. Down stairs also has a half bath and nice new washer and dryer, which definitely came in very handy with the kids and all the wet towels and swim suits. There is plenty of comfy new leather furniture, full-sized sofa with a queen sofa bed, love seat, stress less lounge chair with ottoman and an over-sized recliner. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, bake ware,glasses, cutlery, etc. All appliances are new. The unit is clean and directly across the street from the beautiful Destin white beach! And the grounds and pool area were spotlessly maintained. I know that this all sounds too good to be true...but this was absolutely a perfect place for our family get together. The only thing that was not perfect was that our unit was not ready at 3pm so we had to wait until almost 5 pm to get in...but the wait was worth it!! We will definitely go back to Destin and rent this exact unit again.

Very comfortable. Fully equipped. Quiet (except for the renos next door). Modern. Only thing missing: just one dishcloth and and dish towel. Outdoor furniture upstairs could be better (rusted). Internet works really well. Superb pool. Overall, really nice unit.
