Unit 403 at Edgewater was quiet, bright, clean and spacious. There were 3 of us sharing the unit and having a one bedroom with sofa bed and two bathrooms!!! was great.
Check in is a breeze here. Location is wonderful - everything you need within walking distance; a grocery store, drug store, restaurants, seafood store, liquor store, luxury shopping - you name it, it's just a short walk away. The beach is beautiful and visible from every room. Kitchens are well stocked with equipment. Having you own laundry facilities help you pack light too! Only bad thing was having to leave. I hope to be back a third time next year. Looking forward to it! -

Our unit was beautifully decorated and perfect for us. It was very clean and so comfortable it met our every need. The view from our balcony was gorgeous and provided a wonderful setting for breakfast and lunch! The staff at The Edgewater was friendly and helpful and the security folks provided a secure atmosphere.

the condo was beautiful, we saw pictures of it but when we got there and seen it it was breath taking. very clean great service, this was our first time in destin and we will go back and stay at the edgewater. everything about it was great and very very clean

The accomodations were very nice, although some aging is beginning to be apparent. We were under double red flag warnings for most of the stay. A half-price weekend for the future might be a nice enticement for those who brave the storms and visit anyway.

The condo was beautifully decorated. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The location was fantastic and the beach was just a short walk from our room. It was expensive, but worth every cent. We are already saving for our next trip.
