It rained the whole week. Our a/c went out on the 2nd night and Harmony upgraded us for the rest of the week. Great service.

First want to start off by saying that staff was very nice very very nice. Answered all my questions immediately, returned phone calls in mintues. The pictures that are provide on actual Harmony Beach Vaction rentals website are incorrect. The images showed to living rooms I only had one living upstairs. The room itself could have been left in better conditions, room was not cleanned, mopped,and vaccumed. Towels were stained, pull out bed had an old matress cover and a sheet folded all the way in the back hidden in the couch. Pull out bed was not a bed it was just springs and when you sat down on the so called bed it folded in the middle. Staff was nice, vaction plesant, room could of have been better.

Thank you for your feedback. The pictures on our website are of the same living room, but it is two different views. I am sorry if that was misleading. I am so sorry the cleaning was not up to par. In the future please let us know immediately and we will come right over and re-clean the condo. We hope you stay with us again in the future.
