This property has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and Summer seasons. There is a four night minimum all other times.

This was our first experience working with Newman-Dailey on a vacation rental and it was so easy and convenient! The reservation & check-in processes were a piece of cake with everyone so friendly and helpful. The amenity program that came with the rental was excellent - we took full advantage with two free rounds of golf, free mini-golf for 8 of us and discount tickets at the Track for go karts. Free DVD rentals for the rainy days were welcome also.
The Seven Palms home is lovely, well appointed and perfectly situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Great 5 min walk with easy beach access. It was clean and had all the amenities we could want. Plenty of space for two families to share without feeling "too close"... We're sold! We'll be back. -

Seven Palms house was amazing. We had 2 families and 4 small children under the age of 5. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The house is located on a quite street, that has almost no traffic. Also, the yard to the house is totally fenced in, so the kids could play outside no problem. The house has a great BBQ Pit, a grill and and outdoor shower so it makes it easy to come in from the beach. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, but easy to do if you bring your red wagons! The kitchen was equipt with everything you need to cook in, and speciality items for grilling. We even found a bucket of beach toys, a float for the pool an umbrella for the beach. We will plan to stay here again next year!! Loved it!

Spalms is a great house. The layout and floor plan is ideal for large families. We had 7 kids and 2 adults and the accommodations were perfect. Checking in was smooth and easy. The location of the house is right in the middle of all the activities. Easy to run to the store, restaurants and shopping. It is a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach (not too bad if your kids are old enough to help with stuff). We loved the large kitchen and family area for hanging out.

We stayed in the Seven Palms house in the Crystal Shores neighborhood of Destin in late June and had a wonderful week. The home is about 1 block from the beach and had all the amenities we were looking for. The decor was amazing and the property was well taken care of. The home rental even came with some free golf, fun activities at The Track, and free dvd rental. Our ten family members loved it!

To start, Seven Palms was great. It was a perfect size for 2 families with 3 kids each. The kids range from < 1 to 10 and they all had a wonderful time at the house and at Destin. The beach was just out of the quiet neighborhood and around the corner. The pool was nice and warm for our visit in March. The Gulf was chilly, but felt good as the outside temps were 75. There are tons of great restaurants just north of the house along the main highway. Not much along the beach near the house unless you want to walk a mile or more.
We loved having a keypad for the door to the house instead of having to carry a key around. The grill came in handy and there was plenty of kitchen utensils, cups, plates, etc for all of us.
The rental agency was helpful but we disliked several things with their practices. First of all there was only a couple garbage bags and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Places I've stayed before supplied these things. Also there was no condiments, salt & pepper or spices. I guess I understand why they remove these but it would be nice to have them to begin with.
The agency also supplies an "amenity" card which has some nice perks like free mini-golf and go-cart rides at The Track. The card looks like a hotel key card and we couldn't figure out what it was used for. We were not told about this until our last day when I called to check out. They did feel bad about this and gave us a little gift card to use in the future.
Overall I would say the house, and Destin itself, were great for a family vacation. We have already talked about going back next spring break.Response from Newman-Dailey Resort Properties - 04/11/2012

We stayed at Seven Palms for the month of November and we couldn't ask for anything better. The weather was great and the house was even better. We have stayed at various houses in this subdivision over the last 10 years and the Seven Palms house would have to be on the top on my list. The house has been updated and had everything that my wife and grandkids needed to enjoy our stay...
