At a really special family beach house called “Aruba” in Emerald Shores in Destin.

“Aruba” is perfectly located 300 yards from a private beach and right next door one of two community pools in a family-friendly gated community called Emerald Shores. This home was recently renovated and expanded with touches that make it perfect for families. In fact there is plenty of room for two families to rent this home together.

OUR PRIVATE BEACH - Located only 300 yards from the beautiful white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf, you can easily stroll to the beac...h, pools and restaurants. Emerald Shores has a private beach pavilion with beach service that is seasonally staffed, showers, picnic tables, vending machines, and restrooms.

FIRST FLOOR – The first floor has a large gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar next to a large dining area with one gorgeous mural that reminds you that you are at the beach every time you sit down for a meal. The large living area has a flat screen TV. The Queen Sleeper Sofa is perfect for a couple or the kids. Step out on to the small porch and spend some private time on the swing. The first floor also offers a large MASTER SUITE ( King bed) with its own bath.

SECOND FLOOR - The second floor offers a 2ND MASTER SUITE with its own bath, as well as a GUEST SUITE with a full size bed. Master suite has its own TVs with full cable package. All bedrooms have French doors leading out to a large balcony with outdoor seating.

THIRD FLOOR - The third floor is a KID FRIENDLY LOFT. Here you’ll find twin bunks and a Queen Sleeper Sofa so that four kids and all their gear can sneak away and play. Bring along your Play Stations and XBOXs. The TV will accommodate both.

  We have stayed in Aruba the last 4 years and enjoyed every stay. We looked forward to returning every year and would be glad to rent there next year if you still have it in your rental program. Keep in touch. This year it was up for sale so we showed it for the Realtor many times.

  The Aruba is a GREAT home we fell in love with it and can not wait to rent again. I wish it was a little closer to the beach, but walking does a body good right? We had a few small issues with the house...not remotes for the TVS in bedroom, the upstairs bathroom tub would not drain took about 30 min. after shower for all water to be drained. There was not enough cooking supplies (pans,pots) for a large family like mine. The biggest concern I had was the porches off 2nd & 3rd floor, my 5yr old son & 3yr old niece were able to fit through the railing slats so we were not able to enjoy sitting outside..This is a simple fix I am sure SAFETY was my biggest concern.
  We will for sure try and rent this location again :)
