Mikonos is an Incredible family reunion and corporate retreat beach property located one block from the crystal emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Destin, Florida. This 2008 property will accommodate 22 guests and has six suites with private baths and two custom built bunk rooms for children and teenagers. The media room has large 52' TV for movies and sports and wii games. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances. There is a pool table in the game room. To reserve a date and property a completed contract (which will be sent via email) and 1/3 of the rental payment is required at the time of booking. The contract will define all taxes, dates and house. The last 2/3 payment and taxes are due 60 days prior to date of occupancy.
Please note that no reservation is secured until initial payment is received.
The Florida and County bed tax is 11.5% of total rental.

Our family was originally scheduled to stay at the athena the week of 08/20/2012 but due to repairs we were upgraded to your spectactular home, we felt like we won the lottery. We stayed here with our very large family and appreciated the spacious rooms. The villa is kept in immaculate condition and the pool was a perfect way to keep the kids occupied. Super close to the beach and lots to do nearby. Hard to pack up and leave!

We loved the way the house was set up. The location of the kitchen and the living area was really close to pool. The rooms were spacious. The beach access was great. Very easy for a large family to get to and from the beach with all the beach gear. The house needed a little refurbishing, painting, deep cleaning floors, showers. The pool deck was extremely slippery causing numerous falls. Needs another surface to avoid injuries.
