"Coastal Breeze Cabanas" (7bedrooms/4bathrooms, sleeps 15-23 guests) with a large HEATED private pool and only a block from the beach!

One-of-a-kind in the Crystal Beach community of Destin! Consisting of four beautifully furnished cabanas, this beach house offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the fun of a memorable vacation TOGETHER...without having to forfeit the comfort of privacy! It's like vacationing at your own private mini-resort! There's plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors, for your group to be together...or sneak away to your own cabana for some rest and relaxation!

Your family will love cooling off in the... large private pool (option to HEAT) and relaxing as the sun sets behind the palms as they gather exculsively in our spacious tropical courtyard (with lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture, & new gas grill)!

All four of our charming cabanas are attached under one roof; combined, they form a 3029 sq. ft. single-story beach house. With the Gulf of Mexico less than a block away (75 yards), it's an easy sidewalk stroll to the beach boardwalk which takes you over the sea dunes and onto the sugar-soft white sand of the world-renown Emerald Coast! Located in the heart of Destin, our "Coastal Breeze" is not only near to the beach...it's close to all the restaurants, shopping, and attractions our town offers! All these things make the "Coastal Breeze Cabanas" idealic for family vacations, reunions, wedding parties, & large groups.

The layouts are as follows:

Cabana 1-King bedroom, bunk room (double bootom/single top), full bathroom, dining room, kitchen, laundry, & living room with sofa sleeper.

Cabana 2-King bedroom, queen bedroom, full bathroom, dining room, kitchen, laundry, & living room with sofa sleeper.

Cabana 3-King bedroom, queen bedroom, full bathroom, dining room, kitchen, laundry, & living room with sofa sleeper.

Cabana 4-Queen bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, laundry, extended dining room and extended living room with sofa sleeper.

**We have two Pack-n-plays and two high chairs which are available upon request!

**We have off-street private parking for 10 vehicles!

The Coastal Breeze is in an adorable part of town that consists of charming beach houses. It is neighbored by year-round residents and thus, is uniquely private and peaceful. While you enjoy the Florida sun pool-side, you can be soothed by the sound of the ocean waves merely steps away (one block)! We are blessed to have a double-lot which offers the benefit of outdoor space. Your large group will be perfectly comfortable enjoying the tropical courtyard as they cook-out at sundown! The best seafood in town is just a few blocks away--as is the best shopping! Destin is a ten-mile town that runs east to west along the emerald coast between Pensacola and Panama City. Our home is located in the heart of Destin, in a beach-house community of 'Crystal Beach.' Our home is on a double lot, has a brand-new private pool (with option to heat in winter months), and is merely steps (one block) from the beautiful white-sand beach! No need for a golf-cart...it's just a flat, easy sidewalk stroll to the shore while you soak up the view! Just around the corner is the famous 'Crab Trap' restaurant and you don't have to travel far to enjoy any of Destin's incredible restaurants. Additionally, we are just down the road from the largest designer outlet mall in the nation! Even closer is our 'Destin Commons' outdoor shopping mall including a Rave Motion Pictures with IMAX! Our incredible beach community also boasts water park, any water sport activity, mini-golf, go-carting...fun for the whole family! Our home is at the heart of it all!

Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home.
Balance of rent, tax, cleaning fee and refundable damage deposit must be paid 40 days prior to check-in day.
*Refundable Damage Deposit: $800-$1000 (Refunded 5-7 days after check-out).

Option to HEAT PRIVATE POOL during winter months for an additional fee (calculated based on length of stay, desired water temp & time of year), please call to inquire.

  This was are first time in Destin. Jacqueline and Derick was awesome very nice couple. They told us what we needed to know and was on there way they made sure we had there number if we needed anything. The cabanas were just perfect there was 14 of us and we each had our own place it was just perfect for the kids they swam in the private pool when we was not at the beach which was just a very short walk from us. The cabanas was very neat and clean it was just what they said it would be. I would highly recommend them and would not think twice about staying there again.

  We were greeted by Jacqueline upon our arrival, she was very helpful in pointing out what Destin had to offer, she made sure we had everything we neede and wanted to make sure we had her number for any questions or other needs that may arise. As soon as we stepped into the door my family and I dropped our jaw at how wonderful and neat everything looked. The beds were not only beautiful but very comfortable. The design and character made it very easy to relax. Best of all it was only a short walk to the beach and made walking (for exercise) very convenient/safe neighborhood.Over all our first time to visit Destin was an awesome experience. We plan to make a return visit. Thanks Derrick & Jacqueline!
