We were behind the 8 ball to find a spring break vacation for our 9 and 11 year old, who had never been to a beach. The minute we walked into the house, the kids remarked, 'this feels like home'. The property was excellent. It was well furnished and clean!!! The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and having a pool on the property was the 'cherry' on top! It was conveniently located and the staff was very helpful in booking the property. You will not be disappointed.

Remembering my childhood of trips to the beach every Summer and staying in motels, I loved the privacy, beauty and closeness to the ocean of this beautiful home. The house was amazing and had all the amenities, and more, of home. Upon leaving, I felt compelled to leave water floats and paddle balls, that we wouldn't use here in Georgia, hoping the next guests would enjoy them. This trip was my gift to my daughters and me after my recent retirement. Thank you for a wonderful experience it will always be a memory of pleasure.

When we arrived at Beachmoor, we discovered a sanctuary, with all the amenities we could ask for. Check in and and check out took only moments. The home was very near the beach, and had everything we needed to relax during our stay: full kitchen, pool, grill, screened-in porch, tvs, dvds, etc. We had everything we needed. The decor was stunning, the house spotless. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation in Destin.

This is our second year to rent Beachmoor for a week. We enjoy the location and property. This year we found two problems that kept us from a perfect week. First, the pool was not circulating and the clorine level was high causing the kids eyes to burn. Secondly, when we returned from dinner thursday evening around 8p.m. we could not enter the house with the security code. We called the emergency number and was put on hold approximately 35-45 minutes before our call was answered. The call was finally answered and we received a call back from NewMan Daily with another code but waiting 45 minutes locked outside with an 8 month old was not pleasant to say the least. Lastly, the bed in the smaller bedroom downstairs was to hard to sleep on. The bedroom was not used.

The Beachmoor home gave our family a great place to vacation! We had three small families combine and there was room for all to relax and enjoy each other. We even had our grandsons birthday here and he was one excited 6 year old! The kitchen is furnished with everything you could possibly need and the other furnishings in this unit are definetly high end. The private pool was a big plus. Many naps were taken on the hammock on the wrap around porch. The owners did not skimp on anything in this home. Shopping was only a 3 minute drive and the beach was only a five minute walk. Could not ask for more!

This was our third stay at the Beechmore. We enjoy the property very much. That being said, this was the second time in a row that we arrived to find the air conditioner not working.While we appreciate NewmanDaileys prompt response and reimbursing us for our inconvenience, I would much rather have the a/C working. I would think whoever prepares the unit beforehand would be able to tell if its working or not. Other than that everything was great. We could tell that the unit had been updated and improved since our last stay in Oct. 2010 and NewmanDailey service was excellent.

Upon arrival we were happy with our accommodations. A few items of note: the cabinet door under the sink came off when opened, there were no wash cloths for the bedroom bath upstairs, with toddlers there I would suggest the drawer with knives etc. shouldn't be at such a low height. As far as value I would have given a higher rating, but I felt the pet fee was too high.

We have stayed at the Beachmoor before. Such a beautiful, spacious, comfortable home. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. We enjoyed many meals on the screened in porch. Our son loved playing in the pool. The beach is only a short walk away. Wonderful home. Will keep coming back.

We totally enjoyed the property. We especially liked the screened in back porch.....and the bedrooms were nice, including the jet tub in the master. The privacy of the back yard pool area was also a great plus of the property, but the pool is smaller than we thought it would be, but we enjoyed it still. The kitchen is also nice and well equipped. I think the only issue we had was when we called the office to find out the wireless internet password, which was not anywhere in the unit. The ND rep who called us back with the information was very impatient and rude. Fortunately, every other aspect of the vacation and property made up for that bad experience. We have rented WaterFall Cottage/Sunset House/Emerald Gem and Beachmoor has been our favorite so far. Thanks, Terry Elliott
