Dolphins are whimsical and playful, and that's just how you’ll feel in this new beach cottage. Ideal for two families this warm and contemporary designer-furnished home has space divided equally among all the bedrooms, a kid’s room with two sets of bunk beds, and a large, open living/kitchen/dining area with eat-up bar. You’ll have as much fun as Flipper in your private, seasonally heated pool, complimented by a large furnished patio, outdoor shower, and convenient bath just inside the back door.
Rental Management company must confirmbooking due to seasonal date and occupancy restrictions.

The staff was extremely nice and caring. we arrived way before check in time and the house was cleaned and ready for us an hour after. We really enjoyed the backyard pool. We spent most of our time there :) The was cozy and had plenty of room. We will definitely be coming back next year!

House was great! Bigger than expected! Perfect for two families. The pool was great for the kids, walk to the beach was 7 mins with 2 toddlers. Beach was beautiful, neighborhood was very nice and quiet, but close enough to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again. Only complaint was queen bed in the front bedroom was saggy in the middle and the refrigerator did not get as cold as we would have liked it. Newman-Dailey was wonderful! Check in and check out was very easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Dophin's Cottage was extremely nice - 4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, 3 blocks from public access to the beach and a backyard swimming pool. The pool was small but still enjoyable, and the cottage itself was a lot bigger than the pictures indicated. We would definitely go back and stay again at Dolphin's Cottage!

Working with Newman-Daily was a breeze. The rep who helped us decide on a property was very knowledgeabe about the Destin area and helped us find a great house to rent that fit all of our needs. We came as a group of 9 which included two families with teenagers. The house was decorated very "beachy" with fun colors and nice furnishings. We really liked the openness of the living room area, dining area, and kitchen which provided great space for us to lounge, relax, and eat. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and dishes we needed to prepare meals. The living room has a nice sectional leather sofa and large ottoman for several people to sit on and the dining area had a large table and plenty of chairs for all of us to eat meals together. We enjoyed the jigsaw puzzles on a rainy day and the tvs. The bathrooms were good-sized and clean. The bedrooms were just a tad small, but we had plenty of room for our luggage in the dressers and closets. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and lawn furniture. It is a very nice pool and the property is well-maintained and has beautiful landscaping. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and only about a block from Crystal Beach. I can't say enough about the beach! Beautiful, clean, not crowded, has a lifeguard on duty, soft sugary sand, super clean water! What we liked best was being in a quiet neighborhood setting with a private pool and only a short walk to the beach. We preferred this over staying in one of the huge high-rise resorts with the hustle and bustle of a zillion people. What was nice is that it is only a 5 or 10 minute drive to the main downtown areas of Destin, so when we were in the mood for that we drove down to spend time there and then could come back and relax at the house. I would definitely stay at Dolphin Cottage again and I highly recommend it. It was perfect for our vacation.

The Dolphins cottage was the perfect place to stay in the Destin area. It was close to the beach, close to Destin Commons (gorgeous outdoor mall) and all the area attractions. The cottage is the perfect size for large and small families. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with a spacious living room and kitchen area. The backyard is awesome! It has a large enough pool to cool off after a long day in the hot sun. Plus it has large deck area to sit around with friends and family to play games or just relax. The cottage is close to the beach and everything but it still sits on a quiet street which was perfect for a great nights sleep! We will definitely be back.

We love the convenience of Dolphin's Cottage...close to shopping and groceries...a short walk to the beach! We also enjoyed the open kitchen and large table that we could all gather around for evening meals...made great use of the pool and patio as well!

Ideal location and well kept property. Very charming. Nice quiet neighborhood when we were there. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and hope to go again some time. Newman-Dailey was very helpful in all aspects. If I had to pick one aspect that stands out it would be proximity to beach but also food and shopping.

The Dolphin Cottage unit, it's just what we needed. Clean, colorful, comfortable, cozy, accessible. The Newman Dailey staff is very professional and friendly. The check in system is very easy and painless. I will come back to this same unit during the spring 2012, God willing. It would be wonderful if they keep the price the same. If they did, I will book it today!!

We really enjoyed staying at Dolco. The perfect size house for all 9 of us with 1 bunk to spare. Extremely clean and comfortable. One of the queen size beds is a little stiff. The backyard is beautiful, private and so relaxing. An easy walk to the beach. Grocery shopping and the mall is literally a couple minutes away. A very convenient location. We appreciated the coupons that come with the rental. Free golf and kids loved the go carting and rides. I would recommend this to a friend and we will definitely be coming back.

This is a great place for extended family to stay together. Plenty of bathrooms, which is a plus. Bedrooms are small, but you really don't spend a lot of time in there!

Cottage was small but adequate. We were four couples, but bed situation is really for family with several kids. We needed to go out and buy more toilet tissue, some coffee filters, paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent abd salt& pepper, all of which we thought would be provided.
Overall, however, we had a good time. -

Everything was turn key. From the time we received the instructions to get to the place. The service crew made everything so simple. The place was just as wonderful as expected. The house was extraordinary and met our needs perfectly. We never would have found it if the service provider hadn't told us about it. We received more for our money than expected and are greatful for the value. We will recommend to our friends to go through Newnan-Dailey when in the need for rest and relaxation at a great price. Dolphin's Cottage offerred exactly what was promised! It was the perfect vacation home for our family. ..breakfast by the pool, short walks to the beach...afternoon swims...& dinners together with family. It was so nice to have all the amenities needed to cook & entertain, including plenty of room for all of us to eat together & be able to sit and talk!

My family of 8 adults and 2 young children loved our stay at Dolphin's Cottage. The pool was a wonderful relief from the beach for the kids. The house was better than the pictures, clean, and set up perfectly. The only suggestion we have- cut back the cactus in the front yard. While moving around cars in the driveway our little boy was scraped and we had to pick out the needles. Other than that, we really enjoyed and would love to come back next year!

A group of four mature, but never old, ladies spent a week in Destin, as we have done for 10 years. Dolphin Cottage was perfect for us - 4 bedrooms, all down the right hand side of the house, living areas on left - we felt like the 4 bears! Nicely decorated and the pool area is one of the best we've had - good furniture, lots of space, nice landscaping, and thought to plants that don't cause leaves in pool.We did miss having a front porch. Only other issue is that the dryer takes forever to dry - but may be a design flaw that cannot be helped according to staff that investigated. Too bad, as it uses waaay too much power! All in all, a great week - would recommend house without reservation! (Nice neighbors, too!)

The service was excellent, we were well informed. The house was great. The bedrooms alittle smaller than I thought but the were okay. There was anything a person could want or need. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach. We liked not being right on the beach because we were not bothered by a lot of people or noise. The only problem we had was that the dryer did not dry very well, it took forever for things to dry.
I must say we would stay again and do plan to in the future. Thank you Brenda Poyer

This is a terrific property that would well for a romantic getaway or a
large family. Great floorplan, just a short walk from a beautiful beach
and within two minutes of numerous restaurants, huge grocery and a
top notch mall. Been here twice...plan to return again! -

Dolphins Cottage was a perfect location for us and the other family we went on Spring break with. Though is was still a little cool to get in the Gulf, the heated pool was a huge hit with the kids.
