Welcome to Paradise… Grand Beach Villa is a gorgeous beach home, with private pool, steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and located in the exclusive Crystal Shores neighborhood. This spacious and wonderfully decorated beach villa easily sleeps fifteen (15) guests and offers wraparound porches on three floors. Grand Beach Villa boasts a private pool, private guest house, pet friendly and located in a quaint beach neighborhood just steps away from one of the best beaches Destin has to offer! This home has been completely redecorated inside and out, with granite counter tops, hardwood floors, large screen TV and much more.

The l...arge Den provides two seating areas for watching on the big screen TV or for quite conversations or just relaxing with a good book. A huge master suite, with separate sitting and TV area, private deck on the second level, provides comfort, luxury and privacy; a bunk room has three custom made single beds. The third level offers two more king master bedrooms that open directly to the third floor deck. The separate carriage house offers two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed), an efficiency kitchen, eating area, a full bathroom, and a large recreation/game room with a queen sleeper. The carriage house has a private entrance, direct pool access as well as stairs connecting it to the second floor of the main house.

Relax in the beautiful private pool or grill out on the large deck. The pool area also features a separate shaded deck area for mom and dad to watch the kids out of the direct sun, and also a separately fenced in pet area for Fido. Enjoy trendy shops and casual dining at the Destin Commons, all within easy walking distance, or take a short drive to the Destin Harbor for delicious seafood and incredible sunset views. You’ll have plenty to do in Destin and a beautiful home to come back to each evening.

Rates are based on 12 guests, additional guests over 12 to a maximum of 15 is $100.00/wk per person plus taxes. Children under age 2 are not included in the guest count. If Rental falls on or during a holiday there will be an additional $100.00 fee.
