The unit was in desperate need of an overhaul!! It was dirty when we arrived, had to have the cleaning service come back to change linens and clean the hair from the bathroom floors and drains, wash the dishes and change the throw pillows on the couch. There were lipstick marks on the wine glasses that had been put back in the cabinet. The throw pillows were filthy dirty. The tiles in the kitchen were literally falling off the edges of the cabinet. There were no tiles in some places on the floor. The ceiling had been patched and very poorly done. The outdoor furniture was horrible. The porch swing is up so high, you had to be 7 foot to climb into it. We were not happy with the unit.

I am so sorry you were not happy with your condo and the cleaning was not up to par. We do our best to have each condo in tip top shape for our guests and are sorry the ball was dropped on your condo. I will pass along the updating suggestions to the owner so they can take them into consideration for updates this year. Our stay at Sand Pebbles was wonderful. It was just steps from the beach, with a great view we enjoyed daily from the upper deck. Shopping, grocery store, and plenty of restaurants were super close by. We will definitely come back!

The townhouse is per our expectations: clean, safe, quiet, well kept, and right across from the beach (without any obstructions of the view). The rooms and the kitchen are well equipped with everyday necessities and more. (We were pleasantly surprised with the beach items such as folding lounger, umbrella, and boogie boards.) The neighborhood is peaceful and the beach is not crowded.
This is a great townhouse, situated for a great getaway or an extended vacation. We would stay at this townhouse again. -

I told myself that once I get home I will write a review on the stay. Myself and one friend stayed at sand pebbles 5 for 3 nights and 4 days in the month of may. The price was around 111 a night for a beautiful 2 bedroom house on the beach. Even though the beach is across the street it takes literly 10-15 seconds of walk time. The view is outstanding and the house is sparkling clean with all ameneties that one would need. No joke this is not the company writing this review; I am 100% comming back to destin and renting this house again.
