Kennesaw, GAIt was a nice, basic unit that was close to the beach.

Upon arriving we noticed that there was blood on a pillow and lipstick on a blanket that had not been cleaned. When we called they were very nice and the items were replaced promptly with clean ones. They also had to replace one of the dvd players that was not working. The maintenance staff came in twice while we were there, once to replace a screen door that was missing and another time to paint a 6" x 6" square on the patio "that needed a touch up" according to them. I thought this could have been done at a time when the unit was unoccupied. This unit has a very nice master bed but all of the other beds felt like springs with a sheet pulled over them. If you are staying for a week, bring your own toilet paper, paper towels,garbage bags, soap and dish soap because the unit doesn't come with an adequate supply. We did have 8 people in the unit and there was plenty of room for everybody and lots of storage space. The tennis courts and volleyball court was nice and the small pool was heated, which was nice. On their website the advertise the clubhouse as available and a neat place to hang out. It was padlocked and unavailable. For the money, it was an adequate unit with a good location to the beach.

I'm not sure where the clubhouse is advertised, but I am very sorry that it was falsely advertised, we will look into it! We hope to have you back again soon!

We had such a great and relaxing time in Destin. We had two other couples with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. House was clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. The only thing we didn't like was the length of time we had. We had such an amazing time that we didn't want to leave. Can't wait to come back.

We really enjoyed staying at this place. I have older kids and it was nice to watch them from the balcony while they were down at the beach. I would definitely atay again.

Great friendly check in and check out personnel. The Condo was very very clean and very close to the beach. The View of the Gulf was great. Wanted to stay a few more days. Will definitely keep this property in my vacation folder for future use. Would recommend this properly to all my friends.
