The dining room table is large and in charge with ample room to sit 10. The second floor is done in hardwood except for the sitting room and guest bedroom which has fresh carpet and the bathroom which has tile. The sitting room has a desk for a computer in case you are mixing business with pleasure, couch that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper, a TV, French doors leading to the connected guest bedroom (with blinds for privacy), and a connecting balcony with views of the beautiful White Dunes of the Destin East Pass. The guest bedroom on the second floor has a connecting bathroom, a wall mounted TV, and balcony access. The living room has a gas fireplace that looks so real you feel the burn, as well as a connecting balcony that has spiral stairs down to the pool and offers a nice view of Lake Caroline in Destin Pointe. Walking up the hardwood stairs takes you to the third and final level of the home. When you reach the top, you will see doors hiding the full size washer and dryer, as well as hardwood floors leading you to two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom on the top floor has carpet and has a Queen size bed, a wall mounted TV, its’ own private bathroom, and a private balcony offering a beautiful view of Destin Pointe as well as the famous white Dunes. The second guest bedroom has fresh carpet, two Twin beds, a private bathroom, and a private balcony with a nice view of Destin Pointe. When you walk to the other end of the top floor, you will find the master bedroom, done in carpet. It has a queen bed, a flat screen HDTV in the wall, and gas fireplace. The private master bath is done in tile and has a double vanity, a Jacuzzi tub with jets, and a large walk-in shower. You also get a private balcony with an almost panoramic view of Destin Pointe, Lake Caroline, Destin Harbor and a great view of the pool. The master also has a large, walk-in closet for ample space to put treasures found in the many fine shopping establishments Destin has to offer. This is an amazing home with plenty of windows and awesome views including stained glass originals in different rooms of the home depicting sea life of the Gulf.
