The first floor of this luxury beach house contains fun for all with easy access to the outdoor private pool and spa from the game room. Watch your favorite sports, shoot a game of pool, or watch the kids at play in the 16' x 32' swimming pool while overlooking The Gulf of Mexico from the indoor or outdoor living area. Plus, there is a natural gas outdoor kitchen to make that quick lunch for all!
The second floor has an oversized gourmet kitchen and living area for your enjoyment with unbelievable 180 degree views. The gourmet chef will come out in all the cooks of the party in this spacious well designed custom stainless steel and granite kitchen. Plus, there are two outdoor natural gas kitchens provided for those who love to grill. If you don't cook, sit back and watch the 50' HD flat screen TV while enjoying your family as they prepare the vacation meals. If it is a cool night, turn on the natural gas fire place to take the chill off. Or wrap up with a blanket and retire to the deck for the beautiful sunsets or sunrises. Or, maybe you want to be mesmerized by the marine life presented in the custom built salt water aquarium.
The second floor also offers two king bedrooms that can be accessed by an elevator or beautiful gently curved spiral stone staircase. If you want to get away from everyone, choose the 3rd floor master bedroom. This beautifully decorated master offers a seating area with a flat screen TV, fireplace, and luxury master bath. If you love taking a bath, you will love the Bain Ultra Air "double" tub that has 58 jets for the bath of your life while overlooking The Gulf of Mexico. A small trundle bedroom for your little ones is provided off the master.
Why stress yourself figuring out what you'll do when vacationing in Destin. Provided for your convenience is a street legal golf cart to drive to The Crab Trap and our public beach access. You can walk, but you must cross under the Destiny East tunnel as this home is located on the north side of Scenic Highway 98. But, wow!
