Our family totally enjoyed this beautiful home and it's location. The beach was not as private as we expected and there were days when we were crowded by people who were not staying on the property. Everything in the house was perfect for our needs.

We were attending a wedding at one of the large high rise beach resort condos in the area and wanted something a little closer to the surf. The Town homes at Crystal Beach #4 more than fit the bill. We had three couples all over 50 and some over eighty. The downstairs was basically an efficiency apartment with a full small kitchen, Murphy bed, full bathroom and walkout to the boardwalk patio and beach. This became our social room as we spent many hours on the patio and the large ice maker made for easy drinks. Second floor had a nice queen bedroom, full kitchen, living room and balcony overlooking the beach. The kitchens we fully stocked with every dish, utensil and appliance you need. Decorations were beachy and nice. Lots of chairs, great dining room table plus two others out side. Master suite upstairs overlooking the beach. Second bedroom with comfortable singles and two bunks along with another bathroom. This place is on the sand folks. Great beach and easy access. Just walk out the first floor onto the beach.
A special word for Newman-Dailey. My original choice and reservation made months prior notified them less than two weeks prior to our stay that they were painting the outside. I felt sorry for the young lady that had to call me as I was less than kind on the phone. Nevertheless she and the agent worked diligently to find a new solution that proved to be outstanding accommodations. I highly recommend this company for your rental needs in Destin. -

Excellent service from friendly staff. Located directly on private beach space, this homes provides adequate indoor and outdoor space for large families. Comfortable and nice interior but could use a little updating of applainces and minor repairs. Nice clean pool. Within minutes of restaurants and shopping. We loved having private beach space on a very busy and crowded beach but disliked it being next to a public beach access and having to defend our space daily. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crystal Beach Townhome #4. All three of our sons and their families joined us so there were 8 adults and 3 young children. We loved being on the beach and the pool was beautiful and perfect! The townhome was very nice and just the right size for our family. We did encounter some problems with the water pressure and the air conditioner. The upstairs showers would go down to a trickle in the middle of taking a shower and sometimes the commodes would not have enough pressure to flush. We learned to not run the dishwasher or washing machine when it was shower time for anyone but even at that there were still water pressure problems. The air conditioner was not cooling the upstairs bunk room so we had to close off some of the vents on the second floor to try to boost air flow. Other than those things, we had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend the townhome itself and it's location.

We were very impressed with the location of the townhouse we rented. Area is very nice and upscale. The townhouse was a little older than we expected, but very nice inside. The Murphy bed was very uncomfortable. The renting office did not give very good directions to the townhouse so we wasted about an hour trying to find the location. Gps address and Office address did not match. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in townhouse no. 4. Plenty of separated space for a big family. Good grill space, wonderful deck, awesome beachfront view. The only con was the oven.. Hard to figure out because you could not read panel.

The house is at such a beautiful location. The rooms are the right size. Many many towels, both kitchens are fully furnished. We were 4 adults and 4 small kids. We had a great time. We will definitely return to the same facility.

After hearing about traffic and college kids we were nervous about being there during spring break. The traffic was not bad, the college kids were a blast to be around and very polite and respectful.
The weather was perfect for 5 days and the sea got rough for 2 but we had a great time.
This town-home is very well placed on the beach and close to things but far enough away to have some privacy. The pool was great, the deck is huge and the place was very clean for a beach house. There was a vacuum cleaner on every floor to sweep up the sand, the furniture is comfortable and we had a great time. -

Our family met in Destin (coming from the New Orleans and atlanta areas). We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at the beach. Your condo was perfect for us and the weather (and, of course, the food) could not have been better! Thanks!

Very simply this is a perfect location for down time at the beach. The home is very nice and well kept with the ocean at your back door. We stayed during the Christmas holidays. This is a great time of the year to escape the crowds and enjoy your family in a unique setting. We had a wonderful week with the beach practically to ourselves. Our Christmas pictures were truly unique with the ocean background. We have rented through Newman-Dailey before and we have never been disappointed.

GREETED WITH NICE PARKING AREA, LANDSCAPE, AND POOL.
VERY WELL DECERATED THIRD FLOOR HAS A NICE BATH AND ROOM FOR KIDS. ONLY DOWN SIDE TOO MANY STEPS FOR TODLERS.
SINCE THERE IS NO BEACH SERVICE OWNER HAS 4 UNBRELLAS AND SEVERAL CHAIRS.LOTS OF SAND AND WATER TOYS.
