My family and I love the beach. This was our first time to stay in Destin and our first time to stay in a condo. We usually rent a beach house. We loved the location. The beachfront balcony was wonderful. The kids loved being able to go straight from the ocean to the pool. We will definitely consider staying here again!

we really enjoyed our stay. It is perfect for a family of four. The children enjoyed the pools and the view of the ocean was wonderful. I loved that it had two bathrooms and a washer and dryer in it.

This place is great for the money. I love the veiws of the beach from the place. The HD TVs are another +. Great time to be at the beach and the parking was great thanks so much for the stay.

The condo was wonderful and the view amazing. I thought the rate was fair and the management company terrific. Please check the outlets. I had to use the toaster and coffeemaker while plugged into an outlet in the hall.

Our stay at the Majestic Sun 609A was excellent. The unit was clean and beautiful, and the flat screen TV's were great! The view and location are unbeatable as well. The only recommendation I have is that anyone who stays at this resort is given the code for the gate at the pool and the fitness center. I had to go to the rental agency at building B to get this information. Not a big deal, but it could be made easier.

Tha stay was great !! The condo was nice with a great view of the ocean. I have stayed at Majestic Sun previously and therefore knew what the area was like. I was disappointed that the condo was not the cleanist I have stayed in. Areas of the floor was dirty, the master bedroom door was locked when we arrived. The people at the main desk were not the most helpful as their response was that " we did not rent your unit." We had a problem with the cd player and it took 2 days to get someone there to fix the machine. We were told that a representative of your company had been to the condao and the player was ok. Then when someone from your company returned the next day he found a cable disconnected causing the player not to work. Seems that perhaps the first person there did not tell the truth about the player. The pool area was not well supervised as many times there were young children in the hot tub with no supervision. They actually were using it as a small pool. When we stayed there last year there was a security person checking on the area during the day.
Overall the trip was very good and the condo was nice. We enjoy Destin and have enjoyed the Majestic Sun but may begin looking at other properties in the future.

The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. Staff at leasing office very friendly and helpful. Owner was very nice and extremely easy to work with. The outdoor accomidations were very nice i.e. pool, balcony, beach access... I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

My family and I stayed at the Majestic Sun in June. The weather was perfect. The Majectic Sun was on a beautiful strip of beach, we just had to walk out of the room. For those who don't like the beach the pool was great. Tons of shopping and resturants just a few blocks away. The room was so comfortable. 3 adults and 2 teenagers stayed and we never triped over each other. Having a second full bathroom was just what we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all sorts of equipment,it had everything we needed and then some. The big screen plama tv was nice for watching and relaxing in front of in the evening. The beds were very nice too. The view from the balcony was unbelievable. The room combined with the view and the ability to just walk out to beach and go back to the room as many times as you wanted was an unbeatable combination. I would love to stay again.
