One of the best vacations - we arrived a little early and was able to get in - the house was very clean - everything about the house made you comfortable - very well equipped - not on the beach but close enough.

Very comfortable and convenient! We had a wonderful week. Close enough to the beach to walk and close to the grocery, mall, liquor store and everything else we needed. Two master suites were on the upper level so the kids (all in their 20's) could watch tv, eat, come in and out to the hot tub downstairs and we slept through it all! Plenty of room for eating all together. The porches were wonderful!

this past summer was our 4/5 time to rent this house! we love it, we love the location in destin and to the beach! we love the porches!! we have been to destin the last 10 summers and this house is the best for us!
the only complaint we have is the plastic bed coverings!! makes squeaky noises when you turn over!!
the kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and utensils, all the tv's were great, we love the outdoor shower and faucets to wash off the sand! -

Southhampton what a great place to stay!
One of the best features of this home is that the 2 upstair bedrooms both have there own private full bathroom, other places we have stayed only offer private bathroom in the master bedroom not here.
Short walking distance to the beach and grocery store.
Great porches both upstairs and on first level, grap a drink and a book and enjoy the cool breeze from the gulf.

It was a nice home, open space, great location, clean, comfortable. The pictures are accurate but not as close to beach as they say! Was a little disappointed by that. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would book again but would prefer a close to the beach location!
